I had an incredible experience at Rendon Jewelers in McAllen, TX. My dog accidentally broke my girlfriend’s sentimental necklace, and I was determined to get it repaired quickly. I had never been to Rendon Jewelers before, but their location was convenient, so I decided to give them a try.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how warm, welcoming, and helpful the staff were. The person who assisted me was so kind and understanding. They immediately took the necklace to the jeweler, and in just a few moments, it was brought back to me, perfectly repaired!

When I asked how much I owed, they told me it was free. I was blown away by their generosity and the care they showed for their customers. It’s rare to find businesses that truly go above and beyond like Rendon Jewelers did.

Used this place last year and thought pricing and work time was reasonable. Went back to get a simple ring sized this year and was told it would be done within the week. Well, I guess they forgot about it, and only started after I called, finishing the week later. They also charged $120, which was triple what I paid last year and half as much as the cost of the ring itself. Simple ring with a few small stones, just like the one they charged $40 for last year.

I felt ripped off. $120 for dropping a size on a $200 gold ring seems excessive, especially when they keep the gold! It's like they treated it like a rush order when they were the ones who forgot about it.

I’ve used Rendon twice now and it’s been nothing short of Amazing to work with them.

In the first occasion they flawlessly repaired my wife’s engagement ring after it had been run over. Couldn’t even tell something had happened there.

Second occasion they fixed my gold cuban link necklace. Once again fantastic workmanship.

In both instances the pricing was very affordable (necklace repair $20 (don’t recall the ring cost)) and insanely fast. They had my wife’s ring done before our wedding which was only a couple days after it had been damaged, and they had my necklace ready in just a day!
