20220212 - Three weeks have past, since I have posted this complaint and no one from Panda Express has contacted me. I highly recommend that no one else eat at this terrible restaurant unless you may get sick. Please read on to find out how very bad my experience was. 20220121 - Tasty food but that is not the only thing that I look for when I eat at a restaurant. What I believe is even more important is that I do not have digestive problems after eating a meal, which when I do could indicate any one or more of several things that was done wrong in the food procurement, preparation and display, which subsequently causes me to designate the meal as a bad food experience. As for the case with this Panda Express, I felt sick to my stomach shortly after I finished eating the food. Too, I was beset with a stomach cramp and afterwards, had to go to the bathroom with diarrhea. This is not something that I normally experience, but only happens when I have a bad food experience, which was the case with the meal that I purchased yesterday, 21 January 2022 at about 3:00 pm. Further, this was my first time to visit this restaurant and I was not aware of any special price charges. I had asked for the regular plate which comes with one side and two entries. Then, I asked what the entries are available for my plate and the server said any two of these and did a wide sweeping motion with his hand. I chose the beef with pepper and broccoli as my first and the teriyaki chicken as my second. When I arrived at the cashier, I was told that the meal would be ten dollars and some change. I question the cashier about why it was so much more than $8.60 that was shown on the sign above and behind the food. She said that I selected a premium item and was charged and extra $1.25. I responded to the that this is my first time eating here and I asked what came with the regular plate and it was indicated that all the entries did. The cashier brushed my complaint away by saying, "That is Ok, your order is $10.66." Again, I said that I was not told about the extra charge for the beef entree, that I am upset about the bait and switch upcharge, and again she brushed the complaint away and said, "$10.66 please." Three things infuriate me due to this visit to Panda Express: first, the meal was a bad food experience; second, according to the explanation from the server, I was overcharged for my meal; and third, the cashier was not interested in serving the customer, just getting the money. Finally, I will never eat in this Panda Express and will most likely ever enter another Panda...

I have ordered take out from Panda Express quite a few times already, but I have never had the chance to take photos of the food and write the review. Not this time! Usually we just dig into the food as soon as it gets here because it is so delicious, but this time I had the chance to take some photos (which everyone can see in this review) and write everything here for everyone to see and read. I always order Panda Express through doordash - it's just more convenient in my case. I always order the family pack, which includes 3 large entrees (of your choice) and 2 large sides - also of your choice, which from my experience is reasonably priced and completely worth the price. Now, here's what everyone really needs to know about Panda Express; their food is just absolutely delicious! I strongly recommend the Kung pao chicken (if you're not allergic to peanuts in any kind of way), I honestly can't completely describe the taste because I don't know what kind of seasonings or spices are used to make it, but I can completely and honestly say that their Kung pao chicken is the best I have ever had. It is profoundly tasty and just the right amount of spicy. Their Orange chicken, Sweet Fire Chicken Breast, Black Pepper chicken, Mushroom chicken, and Grilled Teriyaki chicken, among others on the menu are all exquisitely tasty/delicious! In my opinion the food from Panda Express is the most precise and authentic tasting Chinese food that I have had the pleasure of eating. The fried rice they make is perfectly cooked, not overly done and not undercooked - it's perfect, exactly like the vegetables they use as well. Everything is always delivered rather quickly and still hot (not just warm), fresh off the wok - or whatever they use to cook! I absolutely, without a doubt, recommend that anyone/everyone who is looking for some exquisite, abundantly flavor full, Chinese food - give Panda Express a try. I personally guarantee that you will not be...

I ordered beef and broccoli and it was all broccoli. Shift leader told me that's how they serve their food - that it's more broccoli than anything else and told me I shouldn't get it next time then. When I asked if they could add a little more beef so I can get money's worth ($13), he just told me again that that's how they do things. There was literally less than a complete piece of beef in my entree. He wouldn't give me my receipt after I gave it to him to show him my order. I wanted it back to complete the survey. The girl working the window orders and the shift leader laughed at me for feeling like I wasn't getting my money's worth (again $13). Not coming back. Food was not even hot. Poor service, felt...

Today, Me and my husband order a bowl of Honey Sesame Chicken at Panda total at $8.18. I gave him $20.00. The server Casey B. the cashier gave us $1.82 change and we told him that we gave him $20.00. We are very upset because he lie to us in our face that we only gave $10.00. As you can see in our receipt it says there we gave $20.00. This guy is not honest and try to cheat us knowing that were are seniors. He never apologize or acknowledge that he made a mistake after he gave $10.00 back. I think he is trying to steal money from customers like us. Please be careful and count your change.

Im so mad, today i purchace a plate for my mother. beef broccoli, mushrooms chiken and rice to go, got to the house and some one forgot to add the chiken and mushrooms, and to make it worse The only protein in my plate where 2 pieces of beef. The rest broccoli and rice. Oh, the good thing is that they didn't forget to change me for the chiken and beef, there's nothing worst on a fast food restaurant that when you purchace something to go and they forget spoons, napkins, but the food??? Come on....
