I left a five-star review for this location years ago, expressing how satisfied I was with the great customer service and food. However, my recent visit was disappointing due to the poor service I received from a man named Joseph, who said he was the manager. In the past, whenever an issue came up, the staff at this Whataburger always apologized and made things right. This time, Joseph refused to do so—even though I had my receipt—and repeatedly said there was nothing he could do. Had to get up as no employee approached me yet I had an order number on table. As I finally got a crew leader as manager not seen, he did go and look for order, came back and asked if could repeat order, I did, and got a fresh order in about 5 minutes, after waiting 20 at the table. I repeat my order and ask for the shake I ordered, the male working proceeds to tell me they have no shakes. I ask to cancel he says sure. A day later still no refund.
