Worst Experience ever!

I took my 8 year old son to get his first experience at playing golf to Los Lagos. The manager "JOE" would NOT let my son join the camp because there was too many kids. One more one less it should not have been the problem, I was willing and able to pay almost any amount so that my son's first experience would have be a great one together with his friends from school.

I read the reviews before i wrote this bad review. It seems to be a constant issue with bad customer service and over all bad atmosphere. There are other places to take lessons like Palm View Golf Coarse in McAllen, they have better reviews and friendly...

Used to enjoy playing this course. Last week was embarrassing. Greens were poor with more loops then a roller coaster. I very rarely ended up off the fairway but when I did it was like trying to find a white ball in unmowed yellowed grass. You would think they would cut the grass a little shorter if you just roll out of the fairway. Plus they were letting twosomes go off the back nine during our second round and twice I was hit into. The reason for the low rating is because me and my wife came to try this place due to a good rating on google but to our surprise it was close. I'm literally outside the restaurant at 10:45 am and it's close. I can't say the food or service is good since it's close even though on line it says that they open at 8:30 am. The door says they open at 10 am but it's not true. We wanted to try them but either they are out of business, short staffed or lacking professionalism. Guess we will never know what's wrong with...
