JUST DON'T.
In 2016 I said: "So much better than other chain options in McComb." I had given them four stars.
October 2022: Not so much today. The place has gone way downhill over the past three years.
So much wrong with what is happening on the premises: people who don't work there walking in and out the employee door, employee's buddies hanging around the parking lot with loud music from cars, teenage children of employees in the kitchen area performing employee duties.
The drive through doesn't feel safe. I doubt food safety is a big consideration--the food prep area door is always wide open while the front (pick up order inside) doors are often locked. When I did carside delivery last time, the guy who brought my pizza out--who does not know me--said he was gonna stand right here by my car and sneak a cigarette because he hadn't had one in a minute.
Orders are usually wrong or items that you paid for are missing. Sometimes you get there and your order has been completely forgotten so it is a 30 minute parking lot wait while they start it. Thus my observations of what goes on in the parking lot. It is a rough place now compared to even just 3 years ago.
I hate it because this used to be my favorite pizza chain locally. I hope they can get it together. I will be reading other reviews watching for new positive ones. I am out of second chances, as I gave them a five or...
Read moreUsually costs a couple bucks more than the Little Caesar's next-door, but every bit worth it. The best pizza in McComb is right here and at Fox's Pizza down the road. Don't mess with Little Caesar's or Pizza Hut. My only complaints would be that they don't deliver far enough and that they claim to not have cash for $100, but these are usually understandable.
The staff are usually hard at work, but kind. The toppings are always fresh and the crust is always choice.
If you really want to know why I hate our Little Caesar's and Pizza Hut, I'll tell you. No other Caesar's or Huts that I've been to have had these problems. Pizza Hut sometimes has PITA staff and thus, they rarely get your orders right. Several times they even sold us pizzas (yes, plural) that had completely raw dough. We had to bake our pizzas at home. Caesar's on the other hand used way too much cornmeal (you're basically eating cornbread pizza) and their "Hot 'N Readies" aren't ever ready. You may wait in excess of 30 minutes for a pepperoni pizza.
TL;DR: Pay $2 more at Domino's and get something that's...
Read moreThis store does not have tables or an inside dining area, it never did. It has always been drive thru, carry out, or delivery. Covid has inconvenienced all of us. I have Dominos on speed dial. I believe they have the best pizza around. I place orders often with Dominos app and avoid the extended wait times covid has caused. I usually schedule an order and pick up when pizza tracker shows ready , very convenient. Good pizza with fresh ingredients hot from oven for affordable price by friendly employees. I recommend this store. Today 12 March 2021, and 26 March 2021 and June 29th , I ordered again and still got fast service, fresh and made to order. I can not remember the last time I had bad service, they know me by name and recognize my Kia. COVID has screwed up many fast food chains. I still get same quality service as I had...
