We have eaten there twice. Both times the food was excellent. The first time service was very good. Yesterday it was beyond terrible. And it had nothing to do with the number of customers or staff. There were 2 servers, and they were both lazy and inefficient. I'm glad it was my 2nd time there and that the first time was good. Because based on yesterday, I'd never go back. When we walked in, we saw 6 unbussed tables. We assumed that they'd just had a rush - although it was late for an after-church rush. We sat down. After 15 minutes, we'd still not been acknowledged. Nor had any tables been bussed. We saw the servers go by a few times. NEVER did either of them grab a single thing off a table to bring back to get washed. We saw one move condiments from an unbussed table to a clean one without wiping them. When we got our drinks they were in styrofoam "because all our cups are on tables." We explained that not only do we not want to drink out of those flimsy cups, we don't like the environmental impact. As always, this person walked back empty-handed. Eventually she brought our son's calzone - but no knife "they're all on the tables." She returned empty-handed. She brought us refills of water - in MORE styrofoam cups. And returned empty handed. About 10 minutes later my wife and I got our food. Our son still had no knife on his calzone, which had been cooling all this time. She returned empty-handed. ALL their cups and ALL their knives were still on the unbussed tables. 45 minutes after we arrived, they began to bus some tables. I get it. I've served before. When you're short on help, it shows. BUT if you also do what you can - bring back a stack of cups when you return from a table. Bring back a stack of dishes. Pick away at the work. Don't bring MORE styrofoam to a table that complained about it. That way, you don't get a 5% tip. I feel sorry for the owner, because these 2 employees did not help that business. Again, the food is GOOD the prices are GOOD. I'll go back. But if I see those 2 serving, I'll...

Today has been a horrible day for me

I placed an order it was two and a half hours late then when I looked inside of the bag to see if I had a fork or a napkin a lady pick up the phone and say if you don't ask for it

we don't put it in the bag this was a delivery !!!!!

Then when I received it He pulled up he said did anybody place the order I say yes it's me he got out of the vehicle ...

I'm not going to repeat what he said but management there's some issues that you may need more help! this is the weekend!!

By the way Pizza cold !!! I mean very cold 4 pieces that I paid for I paid $16 almost $17 I gave him a 20 he looked at me I went ahead and say hey take the $3 This service was horrible !!! I ordered it at 12:07 and I did not receive it until 213pm I ended up trashing everything the cold pieces and also the salad because I did not have anything to eat it with... When I call back there was a lady answer the phone and I said could I speak to the supervisor and she was not the supervisor she was not the manager she said well if you don't ask for it you don't get it I didn't ask for the first time I ordered but I had it in the bag I would never ever order from...

I specifically called to ask if they could accommodate a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, they replied nicely and said it would be no problem. I even mentioned I use to work there and to tell the owner Troy that I said hello. The lady on the phone said she would be happy to tell him I ordered even though he wasn't there. So when I finally get my food there is NO bacon on the specifically ordered sandwich that they were nice enough to "accommodate". I order from here 2-4 times weekly a large pizza for me and my daughter as I'm out of work due to an injury. Needless to say when I called to let them know the situation( she said Troy who mind you 1 hour ago "wasnt" there and she would tell him the next time she saw him that I said hello) she told me that Troy himself made the sandwich and He put Bacon on it himself) how could he have done this if he wasn't there when I ordered!!!! I was offered a credit for the sandwich. Then I was hung up on. I always give them a five star review but I doubt I will order from here again. I wish I could give 0 stars for this...
