I would have given this place a zero if it were an option!! My family and I have dined in, and ordered pickup from this location and let me tell you this is the WORST APPLEBEES IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA. The service is always TERRIBLE!!! Every single time we dine/order here we are highly disappointed! We placed an order for pickup tonight, our order was suppose to be ready at 11:09pm. However, once we arrived at the restaurant my fiancé sat around until 11:47pm before they brought our order out. While sitting inside he asked three different employees to check on our order, and still the order was not ready. We live right down the street and once we got back home to eat, our food so cold! The chicken tortilla soup was the worst, all the tortillas strips became soggy and completely disintegrating inside the soup. All the food was cold, as if it had been sitting around for at least 45 minutes! We called the restaurant to complain about how dissatisfied we were with the food, AND about the prolonged wait, and the manager on duty (Glen Davidson) places me on hold for a few minutes... Once he got back on the phone he defends the cook by saying “the cook explained that it was a longer than normal wait because he made everything fresh”. That was a HUGE lie!! If our food was fresh it would have still been warm once we got home, as we live right down the street! He then tells me that we cannot be refunded for our meal unless we drive back up there (after midnight at this point) with all the food, because he states “we can’t let you keep the food, and give you your money back too!”.... So not only do they want to waste our time and inconvenience us yet again, but he also does not even acknowledge the fact that they have terrible service or even apologize for CONTINUOUSLY providing terrible service. NO WONDER THEY HAVE A 3.6 STAR RATING! We will never, ever, and I mean EVER eat here again! I will DEFINITELY be contacting corporate and the BBB, because this place needs to...

Before I rant, I do want to say that the white man with the big belly does his best but the REST gotta go. I’m going to be real BLUNT with this because the customer service is TRASH. I don’t even bother to eat the food anymore cause it always taste like freezer dinners.
I’ve been here a few times now as a dasher and I’ve been trying to give them some slack but NO. These employees are RUDE. How do they expect tips this way?!?
I don’t know who the woman is with the half black half orange(or blonde) hair is but tonight is the SECOND time she walked right past me after seeing me walk in. She didn’t say “hi, be with you in a minute.” NOTHING.
The short white girl with long brown hair will SOMETIMES address me. I’ve had to literally stop her in her tracks while she was walking past me multiple times. Well shoot, I’ve had to do that most of the times I’ve come here.
Tonight, the first woman I mentioned AND the white girl both seen me walk in, and neither said anything. Then, 2 more women appeared. One had a double nose piercing and was short with blonde braids carrying a pink “manager” card. She was hiding behind the walk like she was ashamed of where she worked or something. SHE did not speak to me. The other woman was grinning and ignored me also. Then, ANOTHER woman appeared with short, big, orange braids and was grinning also like she didn’t want to address me. At this point, I’m ANNOYED because I just stood here and NO ONE said anything to me OR apologized. I told her that I was there for two orders and she brought them. I walked away becauseI was losing it. And she going to say, “You welcome” sarcastically. Girl I don’t OWE you a thank you after that service AND I’m NOT going to complain because I know it’s not going to change none of y’all attitudes. That was absolutely ridiculous and the reason why I’m starting a restaurant consulting business.

Read moreThe restaurant wasnt very packed but there wasnt anyone to greet us when we first walked in so after a short wait, we just walked to the bar area and sat ourselves at a table and waited to order. Eventually an employee, later turned out to be the hostess did inquire as to whether there was anyone at the front of the restaurant when we first arrived to greet/sit us. We replied "no". She did bring us menu's to order from. The table on the opposite side from where we were seated had employees sitting there the entire time from first walking in, up until we seated ourselves and was questioned by the hostess a few minutes later. The bar server lady was very nice and prompt with taking our drinks and food orders. My guest and I couldn't help but notice that the same table on the opposite side of the bar, with the same 4 employees, kept glancing our way, making us feel very uncomfortable. At first I thought I was being paranoid, but after my guest stated she felt the same vibe, it was very apparent that we were being watched. Mine you, not one of them ever came to speak or greet us, until the food arrived and the bar lady was busy fixing other bar drink orders...then the manager, wearing a red shirt, finally came over after stating he had been "watching" from the table in question. The food was great, the bar server service exceptional, but we couldn't help but feel uncomfortable with them constantly looking over and watching us like something was wrong or we were suspicious. Out of respect and empathy for the hostess and server, I just paid via the table tablet and tipped what I felt was more than fair, and filled out the survey after paying. But I will not come back to this location, particularly during the late evening shift, due to the uncomfortableness my guest and I experienced tonight.
