My husband and I stopped here on the way from Atlanta . We had never been to a tacomac before and we wanted to try something new. It was a Sunday, about 1230 pm and the restaurant wasnt busy and we got seated right away. We each ordered a margarita, and they were delicious and a heavy pour. Our waitress was attentive and accommodating, getting our app in right away (pretzel and beer cheese) which we got really quickly. I ordered the chicken ranch wrap with a side of coleslaw and my husband got the 3 taco meal, but choose three different types to get a variety and a side of the broccoli cheese bake. The chicken wrap came warm and was VERY good and it was huge!! (Better than Chick-fil-A wrap, which is the only thing I get there). Their ranch is home made, thick with almost a taziki texture/taste. The coleslaw was good, a little dry for me, but decent. My husband's tacos were overflowing and stuffed. He said they were very good and the large side of broccoli cheese bake was really delicious. We got the bill, and the only downfall is that the margaritas were made with topshelf liquor which costed $10 each. Usually (usually) you must specify that you want top shelf, however we weren't asked and didn't ask for that. Ehh, oh well. Additionally, they frown upon trying to take the left over margarita in a to-go cup. I've never had this issue before (not often need to do it) but I totally understand it. (I wasn't driving tho). Overall, the food, atmosphere and awesome sports on made for a great stop off. Would def recommend!!

Tried this place out for the first time. Took quite awhile before we were seated and several others as they came in directly behind us. We figured this would be our new spot after the fresh hot mozzarella cheese sticks arrived, they were amazing. Everything was going great until we got our main course of food. Everyone's plate of hot wings was cold, along with the fries and tots that were cold and hard as rocks. We were greatly disappointed with our meal. The sauce on the wings was also not that appetizing. Not sure how you can mess up a simple Buffalo sauce, but that wasn't it. $105.00 later, we should have just went somewhere like Texas roadhouse. The service was ok at first, but she seemingly seemed pre-occupied with only catering to a certain table and from the looks of it she only had ours and one other. Never got any refills on drinks until we had to ask and then only 1 refilled. We will not be patronizing this establishment again and will take our money elsewhere. Nothing worse than spending quite a good bit on a lunch out with family that frankly sucks. It was against my better judgment, but I really wanted to send all the food back and just pay for the mozzarella sticks and leave, but I personally do not like to cause a scene and conflict, because all four meals would have had to be re-made over. It wasn't that busy, but waitresses seemed preoccupied doing other things instead of maintaining their tables. May need to invest in server training. Quite a few just standing around talking instead of busy working. At this point I feel the waitress allowed it to sit so long in the back before bringing it out to the table. Kitchen staff needs to cook tables food accordingly in a timely manner for appetizers and then main course, not all at once which was my speculation as I too have been a server. My husband still left a tip although I felt one wasn't warranted at all from the lack of service we...

We decided to try this place after doing a day of Black Friday shopping. We will not be coming back here. The food was okay, not even good. The customer service with our waiter was awful. My stepfather asked for a 16 oz. beer and the waiter brought back an 11 oz. claiming it’s in a smaller glass because it had a high alcohol percentage. False. The beer had 4% alcohol, so we had said something to her and she claimed that’s the only way it can be put into the system, trying to charge us for a 16 oz. when we only got 11 oz. She brought it to the bar when she was double checking for us, and then brought back the same one. Would’ve been nice if she brought a new one considering she took it and we didn’t see it for a few minutes, you never know who or what is touching it. They then forgot the side of guacamole we had ordered with our appetizer, which we didn’t get until the appetizers were finished. Not to mention the guacamole they brought out was beyond brown and falling out of the bowl. When they brought the food out, they were missing something and didn’t even fully cook something. They didn’t give the side of rice to my stepdad, which comes with tacos when you order them, which they did include on my moms. The shrimp on his tacos were burnt and still had the tails, couldn’t even eat them. On my burger the two think slices of cheese weren’t even melted and had looked like they hadn’t even touched heat. My salad had barely any lettuce on the plate and some of it was brown. The food was over cooked and undercooked on separate dishes, some food was forgotten, and some food had simply gone bad that was given to us. The attitude and back talk that came from the waiter with the beer situation, and not to mention her not even giving us silver ware until halfway through our meal really just put icing on the cake. The food and service is what will make us never...

My first time visiting this establishment was after a high school graduation. It was packed as expected. We didn't have a reservation, so the walk-in wait was 45 minutes. Fine with us. We understood. Half the group was seated at the 45-minute mark, and we were seated at the 1-hour mark.

Our server started off great. He appeared to have a system down in the beginning to take our orders and communicated items they were out of. He brought out drinks and disappeared. After nearly 45 minutes, we received half our food, which were appetizers for some, but entrees for others. He didn't even bring the food, so those serving from the back had no idea which guest ordered which item. We sorted it out.

Once those items were brought out, he didn't ensure that we had napkins or flatware. We asked him for those simple items, and it took 10 minutes. His response each time was, "I gotchu." At one point, he was not only waiting for drinks from the bartender fir othertables; but behind the bar, then over at the delivery takeout register. It was now approaching 1 a.m., and we were seated at 11:30 p.m. Those without food just wanted to go home at that point and mentioned canceling their order to the server. The manager came out after some without food and wanted to cancel their order. He said, "The food was ready. It just needs to come out, and he could box it if they preferred." They found out which wanted to cancel. The food wasn't ready it still took 10 more minutes to arrive.

The table understood they were understaffed and bombarded with a rush after graduation, but communication by the server and status of food would have helped. Instead, he was all over the restaurant. However, the other servers appeared to mind their section (the other half of our group was in another section).

I would frequent it again, but for lunch or early evening...
