Hardee's — Restaurant in McDonough

The store has been without air conditioning for over 3 months. As a customer, I can’t endure the heat of a restaurant without A/C when it’s been over 100 degrees outside. I can’t imagine what the workers go through. That should be illegal. It’s inhumane to say the least, and I will definitely need to be notified that this A/C problem has been resolved before I return to a restaurant run by a sadistic, greedy slave driver who would rather stuff his pockets than provide a safe working environment for his unfortunate employees. This is an embarrassment to the franchise, and whoever reads this needs to know that the owner of this location is abusing the MOST VALUABLE ASSET that Hardee’s has: the staff, who were extremely kind and accommodating despite having to work in an almost literal hell. The owner should be jailed for this.

UPDATE: The HVAC at this location has been broken for over 4 years, and even with new management Hardee’s has failed to fix the problem because the company legitimately does not care about their hard-working employees who are the backbone of this franchise. I don’t even know where to start. You can tell why it’s a zombie land. The location already looks condemned, but my last memory (a decade and a half ago) was positive until I came today. I was the only customer there, and by the end of my visit, I shouldn’t have been the one. The manager there is just horrid. My food was made quickly but it was all horrible. I had a terrible day so I tried to enjoy the empty lobby but was passive aggressively kicked out by the manager because they “had to clean” an already clean lobby. They can’t get customers into the lobby. They just kept wiping the same ole tables that I already watched them clean once. It was inexcusable, he just didn’t want anyone in the lobby. Why close a lobby at 4:30pm? He would talk to his associates about people in the lobby, and it was only me. I got tired of being indirectly told to leave while trying to enjoy something inedible and didn’t even have the class to do that. Made a sad day all the more sad. Hardee’s used to be good but, this location doesn’t need to stay open. Please build something new over and only give the people that deserves a job, a new one. Will be getting a...

RUDE!!! Is all I can say or think about my experience this morning. I simply tried to order 2 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits and another plain sausage biscuit, so only 3 biscuits!!! There was one lady taking my order then someone cut in all LOUD and RUDE, over talking me and saying, ok we got that we got that, but THEY clearly didn’t have it, because she kept saying it wrong while I was explaining that only one was supposed to be plain and the other two were the same, with egg and cheese. I said cheese so many times, for her to rudely come back and say, YOU DIDN’T say cheese. Let me tell you!!! I will never spend a dollar to be spoken to in that manner by anybody. I said back to her, “ma’am I don’t want anything from you at this point” and drove off. Hardee’s, this is not ok and she is definitely not representing you well with that attitude or service.
