EDIT: Jexals redeemed themselves. Owner reached out and I never had a chance to get back to him. 5 stars for that. However, enough time passed and we decided to give them another chance. Have been back several times now and they have fixed the issues we had, haven't seen that terrible manager Amy, and food has been excellent since we've been back. Only minor thing, is everytime we get an app, it always comes out after the food......lol. Obviously they took to heart the negative experience we had and I appreciate that they care. Changed from 1 star to 5 stars. Definitely will begin recommending this restaurant again. Thank you to the owner Mike.

TERRIBLE, AWFUL Manager named Amy. This woman should not be a Manager. Went to dinner with my family (husband and 3 kids). Our server was fantastic. We have been long time customers of this restaurant and on average every time we come in its about $100. Tonight we decided to enjoy the weather and have a nice dinner. Bill comes and we see we've been charged for kids drinks that are supposed to come with their meals per the menu. Speak to Amy who's the Manager on duty and she begins to tell me this is incorrect even though I'm showing her the menu stating otherwise. After arguing with me I point out that I have a Masters and am not an idiot and understand what the menu says and she starts being belligerent and acused me of calling her a dumb bartender when I never said anything like that. Instead of handling the situation in a calm manner, correcting the error and letting the Owner know there was an issue with the menu, she continued to argue with me and insult me when we were spending $100 on a meal again. This establishment has just lost loyal customers all because this Manager doesn't know how to handle situations like this. Please think twice about eating here and/or double check the kids menu on the receipt; as the menu states $6 for a boneless wings meal with drink and $0.99 upcharge for tots. Yet, we were charged $6 for the entree, $4 for a drink and $0.79 for ranch for the wings plus the $0.99 upcharge essentially making the kids meal cost $12 despite what the actual kids menu says, per kid. Never been charged like this before for kids meals here and probably won't be back.

Oh Jexals, so much promise, so much disappointment! I first read about Jexals in the newspaper while they were building. I thought it sounded like a neat place to go. I purposely waited awhile to get the new restaurant growing pains out of the way. My wife had been craving wings so we made the drive. The atmosphere was nice, and they were busy. The decor is the rustic industrial that's all the rage these days.

We got the cheese curds. Which came out on time and were very good. Then we waited for our wings. After about 30 minutes a busboy/kitchen staff asked us if we had received our food. I told him we had not received our food. About ten minutes later as we were discussing if we were leaving, our wings came. The girl that brought them didn't know what wings were what. We sent her back to figure it out and our server showed up. She apologized and said she was on it. A few minutes later she came with our wings and apologized again. I got boneless wings in Buffalo and spicy garlic. The boneless wings were undersized for the price and the spicy garlic was just spicy without much garlic favor. I don't fault any wing place for spicy wings but they were labeled medium spice on the menu and I would have considered them hot. Of course spicyness is subjective. I waited with an empty glass twice. The standard buffalo sauce was good. My wife ordered breaded bone-in. I ate one of hers and found it to be breaded to much. She herself was peeling the breading off. To much for either of us. When we got the check the server knocked off 20% off our bill. I appreciated that, the discount and the cheese curds are the only reason I am rating 3 stars. The big knock was the wait time and the fact that the server never checked on us to see where our food was. That's poor training. Had we got our food in a timely manner and needed something for our food, it would have been gone before we got what we wanted. Also a drink glass should never be empty. In today's restaurants the server typically doesn't bring the food, they surely better make sure glasses are not sitting on the end empty. I didn't knock our server on tip as I truly believe it was kitchen. And I feel like she tried her best as much as she was trained. I would probably go back but I would most likely...

05/2025: Adding new photos. Oh, and we finally came to visit in town and we came to eat inside the restaurant! Clean and inviting; great atmosphere. Very friendly staff and good service.

12/2023: I believe in 2nd Chances! I was back in town recently and hungry for Chicken Wings. I ordered a variety of flavors, and yes lol, had them delivered. Well deliver they did!! The app said approx 90 mins for delivery, so ok, right, it's Friday night. The order arrived in about 30 mins!!! The Wings were absolutely Delicious!! The sauces were so good and just the right. Each order of Wings comes with a little pkg of Carrots and Celery; love that added touch cuz everyone loves some crunchy veggies with their Wings. Also ordered the Tots; they are good too, and arrived nice and crispy. I had to update my review because I now highly recommend. Hope to dine in on my of my next visits and try other things. ‐--------------------------------------------------------- We're visiting our daughter for her birthday, she chose to order from here said the food was good. Well we will never know..... 7:09 Called and placed order said 45-1hr for delivery. Great, np. 7:51 they called us back and told us our order was "running late" it would be another 25-30 mins. Ok np. 8:41 Called them again to see where our order was now, we were told "it's on the road". (we're less than 1 mile from them) 8:51 still nothing, so called back and asked if we could just cancel, they said they'd credit back my card. 9:09 interestingly enough. They either got ahold of the driver or maybe it never "on the road", they live on a dead-end and we haven't seen any traffic. Its now after 9pm and were starting over with "what's...
