Stella's Place — Restaurant in McHenry

Walked in with my wife on a Saturday evening around midnight. Girl working there is sitting at the tables doing something on her phone.

I ask if I could please get a Vanilla Latte, to which I'm told that she just started working there a Month ago and didn't know how to use the machine and that she thinks that they don't even make those even if she did. I look up at the Menu on the wall and ask for a Cappuccino, and am told they don't make those either. I try to calmly point out that it's literally up on the menu in front of me, and she says "People usually just come here for alcoholic drinks while they play the machines in back."

In short, I left and will never go back. ...

In the middle of hot spins the lady tells me three min til close when it was only 1257am not 2am!!!! Puts people in a rush and says mayb they will credit me!! Management will hear about this, the girl allowed people to even walk in w-o masks, didnt offer anything accept when i checked in! Mayb instead of being on her phone half the time she would have offered things. Never had any issues until now! Idk if i even want to...

Was looking for local cafes to go to with a friend who was stopping by town to say hi. After a quick search this place came up and we decided to come here. This place is not a café! It is a gambling place that calls itself a café on Maps. Not to mention in the title image they provide there is no hint that its a gambling joint, just a cute little...
