It's a pretty Neat Store with a lot of unique gift ideas. I liked the Jewelry racks for Necklaces & earrings (depending style Chosen) to hang on a variety of styles. Plus I liked the Padded Velvet high heel shoe for holding Rings. There is A Whole Lot of Decor items your sure to find something You Will Like for your self or Someone else. Then there is a Ton of Craft items some that have precut Leather Pieces according to patterns for your Moccasin. Among other metal, wood , models for the crafter to assemble. I didn't have enough time to see but only 1/4 of the Store . I will have to go back when I have a couple of hours to lesurely take in all of it. There's beads that range from beginner Jewelry making to nice variety of gem stones, charms and everything in between to complete bracelets, necklace, anklets and earrings Settings. Variety of regular tools & Tiny Tools. Hands free Magnafires. I got the impression whatever you can't find... I am willing to bet you'll find it here as I noticed a set of...

Some of the staff is absolutely wonderful, but it does not make up for the bad ones. Today, the 1 cashier open upfront with a bad condescending attitude has made me think twice about ever going back.

She said nothing when the line was building - that they were opening another register so all the people who had been waiting in line the longest were not able to switch to the new cashier fast enough before people further back in line stormed up to be first. Then when we finally had watched 3 people get through the other line before the original cashier could get through 1 customer we switched lanes. The original cashier tried to get the other cashier to help with something - rather than call a manager, she tried to pull the second cashier over. I had said please call someone else up to help and she said “I wasn’t talking to you.”

I have had it with the few bad attitudes they have working...

The front sales associate looked annoyed that she had to stop checking dates on candy bars to ring up customers. When I noticed my price was higher than anticipated, I found out that taped signs had been placed in the wrong locations so instead of my 50% as marked, I opted to just use my 40% online coupon. I had three items, three people, three coupons. When I told Veronika (said sales associate) that I would be doing each item as a separate transaction with each person that was with me, she loudly sighed and rolled her eyes and tossed my glass item on the counter (which coincidently is the item that was broken upon arriving home). I am a GM for a retail location, and this behavior makes me want to not shop at that location ever again, and unfortunately I'll go to another location for my exchange, as to not disrupt Miss Veronikas not wanting to do anything but still...
