Update to Add: Tish, the only dishonest part of this review is your response. For the last few weeks, you’ve been texting me, harassing me, and bothering me about picking up a couch that is not in the condition it was in when purchased. You claim it was covered, however, nothing purchased in your store is covered. Not the washing machine or desk; outdoor furniture, nothing. Three sets of eyes were on that couch, and there were no rips, and one very subtle stain that you said you would take out. I’m happy to share our texts on here if that’s what you’d like.

Or conversely, you can provide me with the refund I asked for and we can go along on our merry ways.

We purchased a couch from Tish, the owner. She said she’d hold it until we could pick it up the next week. In that week, the couch got ripped and stained, and she didn’t show up for our appointment to pick it up. Then tried to charge me $200 for delivery. Then, when we saw the rips and stains and asked for our money back, she refused and tried to bully me into taking the couch. Do not purchase from her. Horrendous customer service and merchandise quality.

I don’t usually leave google reviews but since they don’t have a Yelp I felt compelled to. I’ll start off by saying I have a lot of anxiety going to furniture stores because the sales people are either really pushy or treat you like you’re below them. We needed a lot of random pieces for the house, and this place has a lot of good prices and treasures. Yesterday I stopped by and the employee helped me a lot, and told me to come back the next day to see a chair he recommended when it was put together. The next day we stopped by, and again that same employee was super helpful. The chair had a little damage, but the owner gave us a really good price on it. I would highly recommend this place, they are nice people, and if you stop back from time to time you can find some really great stuff for cheaper than you can find it on...

I have family coming over from my country I have friends that mention this place have good prices so I brought my family to shop stuff to take back as gifts, we were treated as shoplifters since we arrived guys following us by the store and a rude lady every time we see something saying don’t open this don’t do this don’t do that leave your bags by the entrance etc. I ended buying just $25 and leave wherever else I picked from before feel very uncomfortable not sure if it was because my ethnicity but for sure definitely I will NEVER recommend this place and will...
