Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in McKinney

At first I wasn't certain why this location was getting bad reviews but now I think I understand a little better. The food is overcooked or cooked too high or too long. Our nuggets were extra crispy and dark, same for the sandwich. The meat was dry on the overcooked nuggets. The fries were half crunchy as well as my 6 yo said the [smaller pieces] fries were hard to eat.

Staff was friendly although I only dealt with two associates because I ordered on the app while in store. They both were courteous and helpful for any requests. I'm not sure I ever really found the station for condiments and flatware inside but did ask for what I needed.

For those wondering, yes, there is a playground here! Small, but aren't they all in CFA. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The parking lot is cumbersome to navigate especially with construction in the shopping center. They should have opted for a wider turning radius for the aisle to the restaurant from the main drive. The remote FDC is not in an optimal location for whatever building it is intended to serve (I assume this one).

Hopefully in the immediate future someone adjusts the timers or checks the temperature of the oil. We went in an off peak time so did not experience any delays as others...

I genuinely don’t even have the words for what happened today. I walked into this new Chick-fil-A just expecting some nuggets and waffle fries, you know, the usual. But then I met William. This young blonde guy behind the counter was just radiating good vibes from the second I walked in. He greets me with the brightest smile and calls me boss like we’ve been homies for years.

But here’s where it gets crazy. As I’m waiting for my order, he leans over the counter and whispers, “Hey man, wanna take my Lambo for a quick spin while you wait?” I thought he was joking, but then he just straight up tosses me the keys like we’re in a Fast & Furious movie. 💀💀💀

So there I am, cruising around the parking lot in a literal Lamborghini, sipping on my Chick-fil-A lemonade, feeling like the main character. I pull back up, hand him the keys, and this dude just nods at me with that “Yeah, you’re welcome for the life upgrade” look. Absolute legend status.

William, if you’re reading this, you’re built different. Chick-fil-A, I don’t know where you’re recruiting these people from, but keep doing it. Best fast food experience of my life. Someone give this man a raise, a promotion, and probably his own dealership because your boy is...

We are regular patrons of Chick-fil-A and this is our visit to the third branch in McKinney Tx .

We found this to be the best one we’ve visited here! Their drive thru’ and Mobile drive thru lanes are wider so easier to navigate thru.

Their dining area is a tad smaller than the others on Lake Forest and the other at junction of Hwy 380 , but they more than make up for it by their stellar customer service!

Not only is the service with a genuine smile but Patti (specially mention and thank you) for having that wonderful conversation as sat eating our meal) and her other colleague come regularly around checking on customers if they needed anything.

What a wonderful experience we had of their customer service!!

The place is quiet and comfy and kept neat and tidy as well!

The meals too were cooked and served correctly and piping hot!

We plan to make this our regular branch to come and have our meals !
