Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in McKinney

My family visits chipotle multiple times a week. This is our first time at this location. When we arrived the line was about to the door maybe 20 people deep, which is pretty normal at all locations. The line typically moves fairly fast. This was not the case here, it took about 30 minutes plus to finally get to the line for our order. Then when we start to order we were told they are out of chicken and will take 6-10 minutes before it was ready, but was told they may have some in the to go prep area. They went to get some chicken from the to go area and that was the smallest amount of chicken ever put on our bowls.

The line was very dirty and not clean Thinking ok lets order some steak, well that was looking more like beef jerky for how dried it was. Lets just say we won't be back to this location again. One star for this...

I'm absolutely loving this Chipotle location! It's been a total lifesaver with the chaos on 380. Their service is top-notch, and the quality of the food is always on point. I recently stopped by and was blown away by my bowl - it was loaded with all the good stuff, and I didn't even have to ask for extra!

A big shoutout to the team for being super friendly and genuinely enthusiastic about their work. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows. I've had some not-so-great experiences with the other Chipotle location in the area, but this one is a whole different story.

If you're in the neighborhood, definitely give them a try. You won't be disappointed! Keep up the fantastic work, Chipotle - I'm already looking forward to...

We were super to have this location so close to home since there really isn’t another location anywhere convenient. However, this seems to be like they open too early and were prepared, from steel chips with absolutely no flavor to bowls that are about half full to a drive-through that really should just be called a sit through because they don’t ask people to pull up when their order isn’t ready and everyone behind them has to wait. What’s the point of having a pick up line if people get there and their food isn’t ready and get to sit and wait in the front? Hopefully they work out their kinks and it turns better but as of right now, I think I’m gonna have to drive further to get...
