The service was a bit slow I was almost the only person in there and someone who came a little bit after me actually got their order first Also I didn’t really feel welcomed to be there but they definitely made up for that with the tacos, They were amazing. The service makes me not wanna come back, but gosh, those tacos are just too good to not have again I think I’ll just have them delivered under my wife’s name. My major concern was that I wouldn’t get enough food to fill me up for the price and as a person who eats a lot I’m actually quite satisfied by the meal. I paid about 16.25 for a two taco combo with a side of Elote and a drink the tacos are really good and well sized. I had a steak taco with chimichurri sauce very delicious and I had their Birria duo tacos, which were equally as delicious but the birria sauce They gave me was barely enough to cover the bottom of the container. It comes in and with those type of tacos, I like to really dip them into the sauce and soak them into it but that aside they were still very delicious. Would I recommend this place? This is now the 2nd time I’ve been disappointed at this location. Today I ordered a Paloma and the citrus slice that garnished my cup was completely moldy. I let that slide. Then, I ordered the “birria DUO”. It always comes with 2 tacos. I order lettuce wrapped and all other locations still serve 2 as the menu name “DUO” implies. The last time I visited this location, I only got 1 taco. We let the cashier know and they apologized and gave me the second taco. Today I was just given 1 taco again. We asked to the second taco and an employee came out to tell me that they won’t give a second taco when it’s lettuce wrapped because they put twice the protein on 1 taco. My taco had MAYBE 0.75oz of protein on it. They did offer to make a second taco -only after making it seem like it was a ridiculous expectation. Read moreI’m writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience I had with your location. On Wednesday night, I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location. I called promptly to inform the staff that I would be unable to pick up the order due to the distance. I was told a refund would be processed.
By Saturday, I had not received the refund, so I followed up with two phone calls. On both occasions, I was told the manager would call me back, but I never received a response. Ultimately, I had to drive to the location in person in order for the refund to be processed.
As someone with management experience in the fast food industry, I understand that processing a refund is a relatively simple task. I'm not sure why I had to go through so much effort to resolve this issue.
I hope you take this feedback seriously. Customers should not have to jump through hoops for basic service resolution. I encourage your team to do better in ensuring timely and efficient customer service...
