Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in McKinney

I preorderd on the app to save time. I was the ONLY customer there yet employee took so long to make 2 drinks. Keep in mind this is DRIVE THRU. She said "they" switched everything up inside. It was obvious she made my blended (ice) drink first becuase 10 minutes later once she gave it to me it was already melted. Then she stated they're out of the 2 cookies & substituted it with donut"s", I assumed she would give me 2 but she only gave me one which is not fair. 2 cookies is $2.25, 1 donut cup is $1. She should have given me 2 donut cups = $2, substitutions are suppose to be equivalent. My kids hated the stale tiny donuts. Plus all this made me late in picking up my other duaghter from school. Ridiculous all over. I recommend going to frisco location as they're much faster and knowledgeable than here, I only came here b/c it was 3 min. Closer to me but what's the point if drive thru is 10...

First few times I came here it was awesome. Great people, great food and drinks. However, the last three months I've gone twice and was disappointed. The first was not bad, but waiting 10 minutes on two drinks in an empty drive thru was concerning plus the drinks were about 3/4 full and more watery than smoothie and the rest was filled with whipped cream. Now today, two drinks and our vertigo smoothie looked nothing like it should. Cashier was short and didn't say anything but price and a "see ya" after handing out our drinks. Personally, I hold Scooters to a standard after managing one for 4 years. I may have to start driving by this one from now on and just keep going to...

Visited on Sunday, May 18th around 10:30 AM. The experience was very disappointing. The male staff member at the counter was completely lacking in basic courtesy—no greeting, no “thank you,” not even eye contact. He turned his back on me without saying a word and only acknowledged me after several minutes. Additionally, no receipt was provided. This is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service.
