The employees were not the best behaved standing around not focused on the guest. There was one employee who saw this problem, Austin, as he came over and greeted me. The wait for food was very slow, and I’m cool with waiting, but when I looked around, there was no rush. The one who brought my food was incredibly rude as she (she didn’t slam the food, but it was close to a slam) when I asked her how her day was she growled and walked away. The building was clean, and as I was sitting there eating my food, I did find Austin doing a routine check to clean areas up. When I finished my food, I went back to my car to leave, but I realized I forgot to buy a bag of ice, so I went through the drive through. The young man there said that they don’t sell any. And I said I got a bag about a month from ago from them. He then said he was going to send me to the window so that they can explain it to me. The woman at the window was very nice. She greeted me and got my bag of ice immediately.

Read moreI have had no problem with the night crew when coming through the drive thru. However the day crew is absolutely ridiculous with their poor attitude and how they handle situations. A few days ago I went through with my friends and the order taker accidentally made a mistake with our order so we pulled up to the window to fix it. Instead of getting nice and understanding hospitality, the day crew girls working the drive thru were completely rude getting mad at us as customers, rolling their eyes and getting frustrated because there was a mistake made. We also over heard them talking about the order taker saying he was dumb and to be taken out because he was repeatedly making mistakes, no one thought to maybe go help him out. I've worked at chick fil a and I know damn well that is not the customer service they train us to have. Read moreNew Mobile order line is a joke. Now backs up ordering line around the building. First time took 9 minutes to take my order and 5 minutes to receive my food. 14 minutes at a new Chick-fil-A drive thru line is a failure especially at a non peak lunch/dinner hour.
Second attempt the line was even longer. Went inside and ordered. Girl didn’t know what see was doing but was trying her best. My order came out quick but wrong. Had to remake it. Still got it in half the time of the drive thru though. Girl needed a lot more training though and no one there to assist her.
