Visiting from Washington state decided to go check this store out to support a local business walked in there was two guys behind the counter just stared at me while I walked in didn’t even say a word I looked around selection was eh for Pokémon wasn’t even asked if I needed help looked at some bins got 6 cards went up to pay now it was a different guy at the counter didn’t even say anything to me just stood there looking at me until I said I’m going to take these then I asked him if they had a card I was looking for $300+ card and just says eh I don’t know like what ? You don’t want to go and see if you have it and make a big sale ? Overall horrible experience picked this store out out of all of them because they seemed like they where more into Pokemon then other ones but after coming here I definitely wouldn’t recommend not a good look when you have people visiting from...

Was excited when I went in lots of space and amazing items. I looked around and picked a few items was a little disappointed not be to greated or asked what brings me in as I love talking to card store workers about Pokémon. I stood at the Pokémon desk for a few minutes before going to ask if someone was available I was rudely told he was busy and to give him a moment. When I asked what certain items were I was told in an annoyed and patronizing tone that they were tins. I couldnt see they were tins from where I was standing. When I check out he tried to get me to sign up for the loyalty promgram saying I lost point I basically said I didn’t care as I’m not here often. I left feeling unwelcomed a d sad. The owner and staff at Rip N Card Trick are incredibly kind, welcoming, and fun to talk to. Jasen was especially helpful and so knowledgeable! My husband is really into games, and I came in with a lot of questions (and very little understanding of how some of them work), but Jasen answered everything with such patience and genuine kindness. You can tell he really loves what he does, and that makes the whole experience even better. The shop itself is super clean, well-organized, and filled with so many cool and unique items, you’re guaranteed to find something exciting to take home.
