I'm in Meadville so a friend can visit her daughter in hospital and I was driving around looking at the coolest houses and I got the munchies kick'n in. So I stopped at Arby's so I can something to help ease the munchie issue. I ordered a couple of the jalapeno sliders and curly fries. And then use the bathroom and wowsers that's not the nicest bathroom I've seen! It wouldn't hurt to make it look a little nicer in there. Kinda reminds me of one of them storage room/bathroom. But thankfully I didn't have to sit down. I got my food and the people who are working are friendly and polite. The sliders tasted pretty good and the curly fries was fresh outta the fryer, you those are gonna be yummy I like the way the seating area's look I don't really care for the new look of Arby's. I loved the place when I saw the layout and decor, it brought back memories of earlier...
Read moreWe just moved to Meadville. We were so excited to have an Arby's nearby! We have ordered there twice in the past 3 weeks and let me just tell you.... these people are RUDE. Both times we have been there, we have been talked to very rudely. My husband was refused a drink carrier and told he "didn't need one", we were sighed at and she rolled her eyes when my husband asked for a larger bag because we had a large order. We have 6 children, so I understand it is a large order, but we are still customers and we deserve common respect and decency. I understand that these employees may be having a bad day, but that is no reason to take it out on a customer. We even did an online order so they didn't have to rush while we were there. Very disappointed. AND they completely forgot one of our kids meals and none of the kids got a toy in their bag. Most likely will not...
Read moreMeadville Arby's IS closed Hopefully just temporarily They got rid of onion rings. They quit making potato cakes. They pulled loaded potato cakes from the menu. You have to sell your firstborn to pay for lunch. There are no options to get just a couple of the normal, everyday roast beef sammiches. You have to either get a teeny one-bite "slider" or a big, humongous thing that you cannot hold while driving. I love their chicken salad market fresh thing, but apparently "how to evenly distribute chicken salad (or anything else, really) between 2 pieces of bread" was not in their employee orientation video! UPDATE: They obviously don't keep an eye on their web pages, they've got it in the 'about' that not only are they closed, but that there's a play area in Meadville! Plus, their auto responses give this big long link that is not follow-able....
