Arby's — Restaurant in Mebane

Before you read this I do want to tell you that the service is a bit better but if you go in you might not want to eat there. You can see the workers and only 2 or 3 of them are dressed clean and neat and that the managers ONLY! Now please read on if you'd like to, it gets better! I went through the drive thru and I ordered a lot of food $43.00 to be exact. I had 5 roast beef meals and 2 of their amazing Loaded Mac and cheese. And when I got to the window to pay I asked the worker if I could have a lot of Arby Sauce packs she said sure. So when she gave me my bags I glanced in them to make sure I had everything including enough Arby Sauce and I didn't see any right off so I politely ask the lady if I could have some sauce and she snapped at me and said, and I quote "lady I put the sauce in the bag 1st, why don't you look harder" which was rude to begin with so I dug to the bottom of the bag with the sandwiches and there was only 5 packs for 5 big roast beef sandwiches, so I asked her if I could have some more and I'd pay for it if I had to and she snapped again, and I quote " lady I gave you as much as I can" I said ok but I'll pay for more if that's the issue and she looked at me with a dirty look and said for me to check both bags so I did and there wasn't any more so I just said ok fine if I can't pay for more and you won't give me more then I'll find some at home hopefully, and I told her to simmer down that life wasn't as hard as she was making it to be and told her thank you and to have a nice evening and I drove off. I will go back because I love the food but I'm not happy with their service AT ALL! I've never been treated like that before so just go easy on the workers is all I can suggest. Btw we used all those packs plus the few at my house so by no means did any of it get thrown away, we could've def used more because my kids love it with their fries also. Moral of the story the employees are rude and just be as nice as you can when...

I go to get lunch for my family, I had requested extra sauce, I bought $65 worth of food, the Assistant Mananger had a awful look on her face saying you request " 8 Horsey and 8 Arby's sauce", is that not enough, I said "yes, that will be fine", she proceeded to put sauce and then food in the bag. I got home, and she had only given me 3 Horsey and 4 Arbys sauce. I had 5 sandwiches, so I needed at least 5 of each. I started trying to call the location to see if I could run back and get more sauce, I called 12 times before I went back. I get back to the location and, of course, take food with me because at this time, the food is cold. The assistant manager was at the counter when I went in, so, I proceeded to ask for more sauce and to have my food replaced because I specifically asked for the extra sauce to which she replied NO, No more sauce, no refund, no remaking of the food, I asked for her to contact her manager to which she replied " I am not able to get him on the phone", I saw she was texting the entire time, I asked for his number she yelled " I am not giving you that", what she did do was call Mebane police one me. Went here yesterday for dinner. Drive thru. After being asked to wait, five minutes later we get to order. We ordered, paid, got our food, drove around to the other side, parked, you know the deal. So my husband gets his curly fries, they are cold and you can tell they've been sitting for awhile. So he goes in to get fresh fries. In the meantime, I take out my sandwich, unwrap it take a bite. The meat is raw. I go inside, the lady at the counter argues with me, it's not raw blah blah, so i say you know just give me my money back, so while my husband goes out to get the receipt she keeps arguing with me it's not raw. Eventually she slaps the counter and yells "it's not raw' so i slap the counter back 'it's raw' then she starts in 'oh my god she tried to hit me' 'i'm calling the cops' Very UNPROFESSIONAL. The entire 3 - 5 minutes this all took, her entire crew was behind her laughing at her. Anyway, I'll never be going back to this location I'd suggest you avoid it at all costs they serve raw/old food.
