It’s ridiculous that I even have to write this silly review. I’m a regular at Dunkin, and have been for years, but I’m new to this specific location. The last few times I have been through here the customer service was horrible. I understand people have bad days, but this is just a habit here. Rude and short tempered staff for absolutely no reason. Today was the last straw for me. I went through the drive thru to order a frozen chocolate for my son and the lady that took my order seemed very short tempered with me and kept cutting me off when I was ordering. She kept asking me what flavor I wanted. I was confused because I’ve never been asked what flavor for a frozen chocolate. I just wanted a plain frozen chocolate. Finally, I just said Mocha because I didn’t want to argue with her. When I pulled up at the window I was given a frozen coffee with mocha flavor. I showed her the order and told her she gave me a frozen coffee and not a frozen chocolate. She then proceeded to say that’s why she asked me what “flavor” I wanted. She kept talking over me and didn’t seem to listen to what I was saying. She made no sense at all and didn’t seem to understand the difference between a frozen chocolate and a frozen coffee. I’ve been coming here since it opened because of its convenience. I notice a really high turn over with staff, so I’m sure working conditions aren’t great. Majority of staff are kind except for this one person.
Today (during a rush, I get it) I got a coffee with dairy in it, which I can’t drink. I don’t care— orders get messed up when it’s busy. I already waited an about 20 min which is also fine. It’s just that when I went back in to try and get my coffee remade (after tipping 20%), an older employee with short twists insisted that I forgot to order my drink right and wouldn’t believe me (because the sticker didn’t say oat milk, lmao). I looked at the screen when I ordered— I know what it read. I wish the girl who took my order would have backed me up lol.
I get it. We’re overworked and underpaid. Customers are annoying. I’m a barista. But honestly, after a rough morning, that sent me over the edge. Screw this location.

Read moreIt’s a nice, new building but unfortunately lives up to its reputation of poor service. We waited forty five minutes for an iced coffee and a donut. During that time, we saw multiple people returning to the front because their orders were made incorrectly or they only received part of their order. Orders from the drive through line kept being placed in the mobile order pick up station.
After about twenty minutes, we got our coffee, but not the donut. Ten more minutes go by and we finally went to the front to remind them about the donut. Coffee tasted burnt, which I can’t remember if it always did because I haven’t had Dunkin Donuts in a while. Also, I ordered decaf but I am fairly sure it was caffeinated because I couldn’t sleep the entire night.
All in all, it’s not the worst thing in the world to have a bad experience at a coffee chain. However, with the price of coffee (5 dollars for a medium iced americano) and the amount of time it took out of our day, it’s not an experience I would...
