6/18/25 was my last time ever patronizing an establishment with such disrespect. I have never gotten anything from here that I did not DEVOUR. I was made aware that they sold wings and decided tom add to my order. One bite I was not pleased (willing to give a try at a later time). I took the wings back inside because I ate in my car....Again food delectable. My daughter had the same thing. She returned her wings and vacated back to the car. As I am in the middle of my return, the young lady who seemed to be so irritated (body language and sighs screaming) uses her phone for the calculator. She gives me whatever the phone says and I simply asked her "what was the tax" she stated the overall tax for everything. I said "I am asking to make sure you gave me back the correct amount". "She said I will have to close this out and do it all over", I said NOTHING, just waited. At that time, she said a difference of .20 and I held out my hand for the difference. I asked her name and she said Katey. I said I remember you from your attitude before and I reported you, you were very rude then and that was last year and 2025 you're still being mean. She RAISES HER VOICE and tells me she's never been reported, and I inform her that I did because of her rudeness. She YELLS AND POINTS TO THE DOOR AND TELLS ME TO "GET OUT OF HER STORE, before I could speak, she repeated LEAVE NOW OR I'M CALLIING MY MANAGER" I told her she should do that because I'm sure this is not how he/she would expect their employees to behave. She called and the 1st sentence she stated was 1000% fabricated. She said I have 2 lady's in the store causing a scene. I am scared of people like that. 09/12/24 I eat from here often and my travel time from home is almost 35 minutes. I walked in and only 2 customers were inside. 1 was waiting for his order and an older lady was placing an order. Katey hopped on the opposite register and asked what am I ordering, NO HELLO, NO HI, NOTHING. I said "hello" she replied and I placed my order. Destiny HANDED the guy his bag and told him to have a good day (he left). Next order that came up, Destiny HANDED the lady her food and thanked her as well (she left). Katey sits my food on the counter that I am standing directly in front of and attempts to walk away. I asked (rhetorical) "is this my food?" she says yes as if I really thought it belonged to a ghost. My point is..customer service is key to any business. I've never had this experience before and hopefully, I won't ever again. Destiny kudos for treating EVERY customer with kindness and courtesy. I'm sorry I don't have a have for the cook but he cooked that food...

The good The fries were awesome Shrimp was good She crab soup Staff was friendly Hush puppies

Mediocre The Mac and cheese. It tast like it has onions and some other stuff mixed in in. Its not bad, but not for me.

The bad The cod fish was awful. I had a fried fish basket and when I broke open the fish it had a old fishy smell to it. It was slightly gray and did not flake well - a clear indication it was old. Covering it with tarter sauce did help much. Honestly I thought about sending it back but I figured the rest of the fish was just as bad. I worked in restaurant for 10 years and served 1000's of lbs of fish in my time. The fish that was served to me should have been in the trash and not on a customers plate.
