Vincent's — Restaurant in Medford Township

I ordered dinner for my family on 12/24/2020. We never have ordered from Vincents prior to this evening. I have been a Chef in the restaurant business to 25 plus years. I first would like to say the front of house/phone person was very polite and put in the order 100% correctly. I could hear background noise like a busy restaurant "good sign" however she still took her time to read back the order to me without having to ask. My wife picked up the food ready on time another good sign. Well she arrived at home family waiting hungry and ready. All I can say is the food was Fantastic!!! I wish I had this experience at every restaurant I ordered from especially during this 2020 virus time. This business is hard enough let alone during the Corona Virus. We order from here quite regularly for delivery. Tonight we ordered at 720pm the food arrived at 845pm. The driver yelled at me about a tip. We always put a tip on the card. He pointed at the receipt and yelled more. I said I’d call. When I came back with the phone he put the food INSIDE MY HOUSE. I left it with him so he didn’t think I was just taking without resolution. Came out to see him on the phone. I never have cash so I was lucky this time. Gave him one dollar just to get him off of my porch and told him this was because the food was ICE COLD and late. When I called, I was passed to the manager who said he must have been confused and we were the first to be delivered. Now according to the GPS I’m only 4 minutes away. It was ICE COLD food and then I realized they forgot an egg roll. I called them and they brought the missing egg roll.

I’m going back to Jasmine. $60+ is too much for lousy service, poor management, late...

I have ordered from this place 20 different times! And in my notes I tell them to remove everything but imitation crab, avocado and rice And each time they have charged me $1 extra to add shrimp to each roll! this last time they tryed to charge me $16! Trying to say it was now $4 per roll! I told them that it has never been that much! And I wasn’t going to pay $16 for literally 4 shrimp! Then started yelling at me telling me that I can’t customize my order! I said “you’re not going to tell me how to order” literally, they have the worst customer service ever!
