I was enjoying a nice time with my fiancรฉ, I was also utilizing what is called an E-Cig, or vaporizer. Suddenly, this man comes over to me, tells me he had to drive all the way down to Jackson Creek to let me know that this device will not be tolerated in his establishment. I explained that I was sorry, and would discontinue use. He then went on a rant about coming all the way, and he hates the smell, and that I will not use this thing in his establishment. I reiterated that I was sorry, then explained that I had asked every person at the bar top if they would mind if I used this device. He said I donโt care what you did, I am the owner, and I had to drive all the way down here to tell you to not use this device. I then tried to explain that he did not have to drive down, one of his employees could have mentioned it to me, and I would have stopped. He once again stated he is the owner and it is not allowed in his establishment. His tone was terse, and was not appreciated. I have been coming to Jackson Creek for many years, and have been using this device in that location for at least 6 months with no one saying a word to me. I know that some places do now allow those device, and I am fine with that, but please, if you do not like it, as any good business owner knows, you donโt berate the customer in front of fellow patrons. This was a very classless act, and if this person was truly the owner, I am very surprised that the business has lasted this long. I will never step foot in that establishment again, and I will make sure that every tech, manager, and person working at my company (who utilizes Jackson Creek quite a bit) know this story.
Tim/Tom, If you are the owner, I am very sorry that you treat your patrons this way. This is no way to treat anyone. I would never treat you bad because you had tattoos up your neck, or whatever. I am just an average patron who puts money through your establishment, and was rudely treated. Please understand, I meant no disrespect by utilizing that device in your establishment, but you made it a point to be personal with me. Next time, post a sign, and tell your employees to let people know, then you will not have to โdrive all the way downโ to tell something so miniscule, and berate them in front of...
ย ย ย Read moreThis restaurant is by far one of the best local pizza places around. It gave me feelings of the old school pizza parlors of the past. The pizza was fantastic but what's crazy is the star dish was their salad. The salad was crispy, fresh and there was quite a lot of it. Nothing about the salad was disappointing. Then there was the pizza.. it was really good. We tried a variety of pizzas from the supreme deluxe style pizza to a western barbecue Pizza and all of them were really good in their own right. You could tell the use fresh ingredients.
We also had their mild wings and the were decent. Not the worst wings I've had but not the best either. Sort of a good middle-of-the-road wing, if that's possible.
I would recommend going to this place if you like salad, sandwiches and anything Pizza related. You won't be disappointed.
In a seemingly crowded it place for chain restaurants, it's refreshing to see a good local place come open. Please give them your business.
The staff was really nice and very helpful. We felt very welcome and give this place five stars for family friendliness. The place was clean and smelled nice. It had a fun, positive atmosphere as well.
If you haven't tried this place yet, I definitely recommend you put it on the list. Oh! Grab a slice of pizza and a salad for me while...

Worst chicken ceaser salad I've had in my life, had to get a refund because the chicken sucked, dressing was stale, and there were literal bugs on the lettuce. Sandwich was edible. Wait staff was depressing and moody. Left feeling sick and heartbroken. The young blonde waitress that took our order was the highlight, at least she was personable and polite. Being a long time customer in my teens and early twenties when jackson creek was downtown medford with excellent service and food I would crave made this recent visit seem like a real life nightmare, this visit is my very last due to the awful quality of food and drink and mostly miserable waitstaff. 10/10 would recommend never going here to this new location until they completely and throughly rehaul every aspect until they can bring back what made jackson creek the choice eatery it was over a decade ago. Never been more depressed after attempting to eat anywhere ever than I was with today's visit . Rip...
