I cannot recommend Mattress Land highly enough. I just moved to the area and needed a bed delivered to my new apartment over the weekend before I start my new job. Chuck, the wonderful salesman who helped me, spent easily half an hour or more helping me pick a mattress that met my needs and my budget, and then he even offered to deliver it same-day to my apartment after business hours for free. That's right, he drove the mattress to my apartment on his own time just because he knew I needed it right away. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about his products, and at no point did he make me feel rushed or pressured to buy something. He even discounted a mattress liner for me just because he forgot to mention they sold them earlier. These guys are passionate about their products and delivering the kind of top-level service that made me want to leave this review. (I do not leave reviews very often.) I'm not the only one I know who has had a good experience with them, either. My sister purchased a mattress from the Mattress Land in Grants Pass and had nothing but good things to say about them, which is why I checked them out to begin with. 1. Didn't try to sell us anything at any point. Only answered our questions and never put a spin on his responses. a) In addition, didn't upsell us. Only informed us of prices.
2. Incredibly honest with us. It was really refreshing
3. Worked with us on an affordable price point
4. Knowledgeable as all hell about beds and how they affect our bodies/sleeping patterns
5. Polite and friendly. Didn't hover, but was always present for the onslaught of questions we had. Funny guy too.
6. Prices were much cheaper than Sleeptrain. Like hundreds of dollars cheaper for the same/similar product.
7. When I picked up the bed a week later, another employee (Tyler I think) put it into my car and was super friendly as well.

From the moment I first walked in, Taylor was welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly took the time to understand my needs. She walked me through all the different mattress options, availability, pricing, and helped narrow things down based on the specific comfort and support I was looking for.
