Eduardos Taco Shop - Medford — Restaurant in Medford

Where do I start? I was picking up an order that was supposed to be ready. I get that ordering two quesabirrias take a while to make. Which is why it was ordered ahead of time. But when I get there, the man at the counter tells me it’s going to be another 15 minutes. And that I can wait if I want to. Well yeah I am going to wait. But in the mean time, I ask if I can fill my water bottle up with water from their soda fountain. I am told no. That it will cause them to run out of water. I am talking about a normal 16.9 ounce bottle that I wanted to fill up. As a paying customer I was very caught off guard. As I am waiting for my order, other people come in to also pick up to go orders. There are several orders on the restaurants back counter. After seeing two people come in to pick up their orders, the man who told me no to the water looks at me and says “oh yeah, your order is ready.” It was one of the orders that had been on the back counter, ready for at least five minutes That I had assumed was for someone else but the whole time it was my order just sitting there. I understand that it’s a busy holiday. I myself have worked in the food industry for a long time. I am very confused as to why I was treated the way I was. The whole experience was weird. I honestly was so turned off that I didn’t even enjoy my food. I don’t plan on returning to this...

Was shopping in the plaza and popped in for lunch with my 7 year old daughter. We both ordered bean rice cheese burritos, with a large soda to share. $22, pretty reasonable! the food came very fast. I took a bite and instantly could taste something was off. Tried another, still off. I tasted daughters before she could, and she tasted mine and agreed it was gross. When I opened up the burrito, I found the cheese was moldy. Brought it to the front and was refunded. The cashier didn't say a word to me just handed me $18 and walked away. I was happy to be refunded, surprised by the lack of acknowledgement by the staff and definitely...

I come from another town to this restaurant to get their crunchy tacos. They are always very wonderful and very good to me. I buy a lot of of them….all this time I bought a dozen …and for some reason, they decided to put 1 tablespoon of meat in most of my tacos and that I will never understand or be OK with The girl at the check Stan was just adorable. The taste is so good that I crave them😋😋😋!!! the food is normally always wonderful fair...
