Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Medford

We went there as part of a scavenger hunt and they were supposed to give us our next clue when we asked. They said they definitely don't have it and sent us to the one on Main. They didn't have it either. I had to call and ask the person who set it up and they said it was here. We had to drive back and tell them they were wrong and just wasted our time. This time they actually looked around and it was where all the important stuff goes up on a board (imagine that). In our clue was a gift card that didn't end up covering our drinks, and this DB didn't say "you know what guys, we wasted your time and gas so the extra few bucks is on us." Any of them in GP would have done that because that is what it's all about. Being respectful, fun and having exceptional service. This place didn't. They also made one of the drinks wrong. This specific Dutch Bros had the worst service AND service attitude! We pulled in on Christmas Eve (not knowing you closed at 5) at 5... 10 minutes later a guy came out said sorry we closed at 5 and I wanna get out of here, besides I told the lady in front of you guys she was last. Didn't you see the sign in the driveway (said sign was to one side and said caution new entrance) and was just very rude in his attitude which is something I have come to NEVER expect at a Dutch Bros! I have had some of my worst days turned around by Dutch Bros Brosistas and thier amazing attitude and this Christmas Eve spirit could've easily been crushed had someone feeling the blues of the season encountered that same gentleman and his unfriendly attitude. Almost every time I come here the line is ridiculously slow. Today I ordered a blackberry, mango smoothie and the barista proceeded to make fun of my selection with the car on the other side like it was the most bizarre thing he'd ever heard of and as if I wasn't sitting 5ft away. Totally unwarranted behavior as I was not rude in any shape or way when I pulled up to the window. He was super inpatient with me from the get-go and obviously annoyed that I hadn't already chosen a drink. There was no one in front of me or behind me. As I said, there was one other person on the other side. I think he also overcharged me for my smoothie. I'm really disgusted with this service.
