Dismal portion for ice cream. It's a extremely hot day and I wanted to cool off with a nice cup of Orange and Cream Custard, I frequently work outside in the service industry as I was wearing my uniform this hot day. The attendant then took my order, I said "I'd like Orange and Cream in a cup please " he said small or large... I said small.. Not miniscule.. Not micro.. Not tiny.. Nor Child sized... Just a plain ole small. And I got this, And I look at the dude when he handed it to me with my bewildered look on my face...then he said thats about 4 dollars. "It's ICE CREAM...not Filet Mignon" He either needs to be trained on portion size or it was something personal like he didn't like the company brand I worked for...couldn't tell. I'm not sure if I will give this place my business if I'm to get...

Ordered 2 large chocolate custard cones snd were served obviously 2 small custard, per your colorful advertisement posted on the soft serve machine, yet we were charged for 2 large servings. The young lady who served us claims this is what she has been instructed to do. Is your location falsely advertising? Has your employee been instructed to cheat your customers over serving size? She claimed there was nothing she could do about it, which sounded lame to us....

I just took my mom there. Ordered a small orange cream custard on a cone. When I saw how small it was, I said make it a large. The large was the size of a small, the small was the size of a kiddie cone🤬 it literally took her 3min to eat the cone, plus there was no ice cream in the bottom of the cone!
