Getting worse all the time. The biggest issue? Employees that hate each other and ignore patrons completely. At a nearly empty bar on a weekday night, I witnessed an argument once that kept me from getting a check FOR AN HOUR. I've also gotten dirty beer glasses with food stuck on them, appetizers swimming in oil, servers that have poured my beer and left it at the counter and walked by me three times without it, and I've had bartenders that needed to walk my order to the tables because my server can't be bothered to do it. I stopped going in regularly because they never seem to correct the issue.... They just get worse.

Edit: despite flaming this place, I still go several times a year. I couldn't tell you why. Maybe I'm just comfortable there. In my recent visits I was happier. That's not to say everything was perfect, but I shouldn't be so mean about a place I frequent. The burgers are outstanding and the beer selection is above average. In fact, I've had nearly everything on the menu an have had very few things I didn't like (gouda mac and cheese bites weren't great and the sauce was plain dreadful, but this was an exception). I will never go back to this place again! We had an extremely rude waitress, she got my drink order wrong and I told her it was the wrong drink, so she had another waitress come over and give me the same drink and I said that was not the correct drink and she insisted that I took it. So yet another waitress came over who was very unfriendly and my friend told her that this drink was wrong so they did give me the correct drink and at first they told me I could keep the wrong drink and then they came back and took the wrong drink back. I know that doesn’t make sense it’s hard to explain. Ordered food and my lettuce was all wilted and my salad was almost all cucumbers and tomatoes. The lettuce must’ve been iceberg and it was awful. I had ordered a steak which was cold and under cooked and at that point I didn’t say anything and I just boxed it and took it home. I must say it ended up in the trash! I will say the few onion rings they gave me were delicious!The manager never came over to try to make it right or to take some money off of our bill. I just need to say that the bartenders seem very nice. This was my first time here and I have quite the concern with how this location does business. I have an allergy to certain whiskeys, so I have a go-to drink when I go out. But my immune system always lets me know if something isn’t right and I truly believe that this location puts inferior or cheaper quality whiskeys in their higher-shelf bottles in order to make a better profit. When I drink certain whiskeys my neck and face turns red, my heart starts beating faster, and I have a really hard time breathing. So when they try to fool me with a different whiskey than the one I’m ordering, my body tells me immediately that something isn’t right. First of all, that’s illegal. Secondly, you could easily send me into an allergic reaction I won’t be able to bounce back from. That’s ethically wrong on so many levels and I feel that it is my duty to warn other people of this...
