If I could give zero stars I would. Went in and was sat at 10:30 the server didn’t come to take our order until 11:05 and we were told we could no longer get breakfast because they stop serving it at 11am, the very reason we went there to begin with. Not only was the server rude but she took several orders before us even though we tried to get her attention for 20+mins even going to the front desk area and asking for our server to come to our table because we couldn’t get her attention. She was extremely rude to us and I will never step foot in there again with how my husband and I were treated. My husband is an extremely patient man and even he got up and walked out due to the way she was treating us and that’s saying something. Hands down the worst service I have ever had in my life. Can’t speak on the food as we weren’t able to order any.
Tried to explain to her that we had been waiting for her to come over to us, tried flagging her down and even spoke with the older gentleman up front to have her come over to us so we could order our breakfast and have the order in before 11am. To which her reply was “I don’t see how that’s my problem, you should have gotten here earlier if you wanted breakfast.” Or maybe you shouldn’t ignore your patrons and help others who came in after us. Mind you we were only a table of 2 so it wasn’t a large group of us, would have been an easy table with a good tip…
They had a few servers on actually and she had the least amount of tables, absolutely zero reason to have been ignored or treated like garbage. She even helped the table next to us by filling there coffee 3+ times while ours sat empty, husband leaned over and asked for a refill and she blatantly ignored his request every single time. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience.
That’s probably the reason for the for sale sign on the side of the building, maybe hire people who have the skills required to preform their job and you wouldn’t...
Read moreWe choose to do the cowboy cookout instead of the steak fondue. Both are in the same location, just depends on what line you go through. I was with my husband and we both thought it was well worth the money. The chicken was seasoned very well and fall off of the bones tender, the ribs were tender and most with a pleasant BBQ sauce on top, the Buffalo roast was the star of the trio. You couldn't have asked for a more tender piece of meat with lots of flavor and juciness. The sides were baked beans (could have been cooked longer and have more seasoning), the coleslaw required more seasoning as well but the baked potato was shot on. For dessert they offered mini doughnuts and a brownie. There is live entertainment in the beginning. Overall a nice experience and a great opportunity to walk away with new friends...
Read moreDown home and downright delicious. Before the restaurant opened at 7 o'clock there was already a line outside. When the door was opened, we filed inside and took whichever seat suited us.
They were short one waitress this fine Monday morning. So, two waitresses took care of the roughly twenty tables. They did awesome! The wait may have been a little longer than expected but they hustled the food out as soon as it was ready.
We ordered (and ate) way too much food but I wouldn't change any of it. We started with the low carb breakfast (LOL) to make up for the biscuits & gravy and Belgian waffle (with pearl sugar, strawberries and whipped cream). I'd have it all again. Just not likely at the same meal or on the same day.
Bottom line: excellent service and A+ food....
