Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Medway

We decided to give Domino's another chance after 2 years tonight, and not only did our food come hot and right away, they blew me away with the amount of extra pepperonis on my pizza! So many peps! I was so very happy. Glad to see things have improved and we will definitely order again. I love domino's but this is the 2nd time in the row that we have been neglected. We placed our order around 445pm, order was done and being quality checked by 5pm. Then it sat around for 40 minutes before it left the store at 5:40ish and didn't get to us until 6:20. So for an hour and 20min it was just sitting at the store and in the car. When we got it it was totally cold and had to be reheated in the microwave, which I found ironic because the delivery guy told me to be careful because it was "muy caliente" and I grabbed the box and it was like... stone cold. Your food is too expensive to warrent us recieving cold pizza and sandwiches. Especially being that we live on the SAME road as you and only 5 minutes down. I understand it is probably more convenient for you to send your driver to 50 different little side roads and then to us and straight back, but it really sucks for us. Also my pizza was supposed to have extra cheese and it definitely didn't, you could see half the dough underneath with no cheese on top. So it was built wrong and delivered cold, super fun. I'm very sad because I've always loved Dominos and this happened to us the last time we ordered and I thought id give it a 2nd chance, but I guess we are going to get pizza elsewhere from now on. Also please don't send me a "free pizza" coupon as an apology again. This order had the free pizza from last order's unfortunate experience on it, and it definitely did not make up for it lol. 😑 I don't want it. I enjoy Domino's pizzas and really miss having their store in Ashland, MA. Myself and other people from Modelville Hobby really enjoyed having your store along with the other one's that aren't there anymore either. It is important in our business to have a variety of places to get quick take out food. And now most are gone... And that was prior to COVID-19!! Domino's pizza and their other foods is really nice to have on occasion... My husband and I love your Honolulu Hawaiian Pizza as well as the Bread Bowls, Sandwiches and other items that you carry... So far with your Medway Store we've had no problematic orders... Couldn't say the same with the Ashland store... They kept forgetting where our store was located... you can almost see our store from your doorway.... But the biggest errors were in almost always forgetting the Sauce Packets... I'm looking forward to my food being delivered to me really soon and at least with your Medway Domino's I don't have to worry about missing or wrongly made items... And you always deliver when you say you will... Barring any unexpected and unknown incidents of course... And then you'd call me... but so far it's never happened... My only problem today was in placing my order it took me about 3 times to place my order the way that I wanted it... It's been a while since I have ordered anything from them and also the first time from this cellphone... So it only deserves a small mention as it could have been my connection or my cellphone. My food is now here still hot and delivered on time... So it is time for me to end this message and EAT!!

I use to work here, and I know what goes on behind the counter. I would not recommend anyone to try this Dominos. They unplug the phones on purpose, so they would not here it ring, and they won’t answer the phones, and to be honest part of it is a language barrier but that is still no excuse to do that. I use to be an assistant manager there and the general manager that I worked under, we left at the same time; along with four of the drivers we had at the time. I complained to the management staff of this franchise and as you can see; based on the recent reviews, nothing has changed. You are better off telling your friends and families to not try this dominos, and trust me, you will be better off doing it; and when I tell you these guys do not like to wash there hands,...
