Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Medway

I had an issue with my car and guess who comes and saves me right outside the store. THANK YOU GUYS (It was a nice young lady and gentleman with a dress shirt on...I'm sorry I didn't get names)......well I just want to let people know it was the kindest thing that has really ever happened to me and I just had a bad day in general and was at my limit. Oh and then the lady mentioned to come in if I need to (tow truck wait, who knows), and tells me the sandwich and a cold drink was on the house if I wanted, which I would have loved but other things were pending lol.....it was just super kind, and made my day. It's nice to know people out there still exist like this. ❤️. Karma...

Insanely delicious food and kind staff! This evening we watched Anthony hand deliver hot subs to waiting customers thanking them for their patronage and even running from his station to open the door for a handicapped woman who would have otherwise struggled to leave the restaurant. It is obvious they all take such pride in making great food that makes people so happy. They were even thoughtful to my children! Such nice people who run this shop we will absolutely be back again and again to...

Went to the new Jersey Mike's in Medway, MA this past Saturday. Not good! The staff were not trained! They did not know how to construct the sandwiches, wrong proportions of veggie/meat, did not pack the oil/vinegar correctly, did not ask/communicate what I wanted on my sandwich. They need to get a regional manager in there fast to run the ship! I love Jersey Mikes!! If this was my 1st time at a JM - I would...
