I would have gave them 5 stars but since I spend a lot of money here, I am giving them 1 star because I did an online order for the first time and did not know they discontinued the sub wheat bread, so it came on the square sandwich wheat bread. I called to see if my order could be fixed because it was delivered, but I live down the street and the woman who answered the phone laughed at me then put someone else on the phone. A man then tells me I have to pay for another sandwich, I did not eat the sandwich though. I obviously wanted a sub sandwich and thought that is what I paid for. I’m not going to argue with someone who prepares my food so this was the next best thing to do. I can’t imagine it taking a huge chunk out of the business to replace a 10 dollar sandwich. I m a uber eats delivery driver and I stopped by to pick up the order for my customer. The food was ready but the lady told me to fill up the drinks for my customer. I told her that is not my job and I m not employed by them , she have to have the order ready for pickup. She refused and called the manager. He comes out unhappy and told me to leave the store when I was making a phone call to the customer to let them know what is going on. We all have jobs to do , if you’re not doing yours correctly , manager and all of your employees its time for a career change for all of you. Food is always good, no complaint there. The issue is everytime we order online for delivery it takes 45-60minutes to get our order and one time it took close to an hour and a half. The manager did give us our next order on the house which was appreciated, I just wish they had more drivers to be able to fulfill their “freaky fast” reputation. Everytime we have to call to check on our order and the response is the same. “We only have one driver.” At the very least they should be reaching out to apologize for the delay when they know it will be longer.
