I was there Sunday morning, 7-23-2023 to get biscuits and gravy meal & a sausage egg Mc-muffin meal, there was no one to take orders and I could only order through the kiosks. It was 10:15am and there was people standing around waiting for their orders. One customer got into a shouting match with the manager (pictured below) because she's been waiting for over 35 minutes for her order. Another man has been waiting for over 40 minutes for his order. Come to find out by the time they got to my order, they were out of gravy, and I had to switch it to a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and by the time we got our food it was 10:50am. I never seen a manager cuss out a customer in person before because they were unprepared to serve food in a nice and timely manner, Now I have. At 10:30am the kiosks shut down and said they were closed, and they still were not taking orders by the time we left at 11:05am.

If you use the app to order, do not use this store.

No one was in line to order when I arrived. Was told, “Hold on I’ll be with you in a few.” 3-5 minutes later was finally greeted. Ordered our food and drove around to the window and I see someone climbing in the 2nd window with Santa Pajamas on. Seemed alarming so I made it know when the lady came to the window a few minutes later. She comes back a few minutes later to say, “oh he’s an employee but thank you though.” I pay go to the 2nd window and the guy is waving and laughing saying the doors are locked. We’re now approximately 10 minutes in to the order, I sit for another 8-10 minutes to finally get my food. To my surprise with the first fry I pick up it is cold to the touch and soggy as can be.

I drive back around and sit at the intercom for a minute or 2... finally they say “Our systems are down there is nothing we can do, have a great night” After explaining my frustration I am told to pull around for my frys which took another 5+ minutes. The girl put “freshly made cookies” in the bag and apologized which was nice although even cookies were cold lol.

Get home to eat and by this time I have cold food and hot fries... both our snack wraps were just a cold hard chicken strip with ranch and lettuce thrown down and a tortilla rolled up to where everything is falling out of top and bottom. My mcchicken was supposed to be a special sandwich and they failed to make that correctly.

All and all, food was thrown away and I had to make a special trip to Jack n The Box.

To the staff at this McDonald’s dancing and laughing around for my 25+ minute ordeal. Thank you for wasting my time and wasting my money.

Horrible staff, they were extremely rude and seemed as if they just didn't want to make/complete orders. I ordered online and was told 3/4 of the items That I had ordered online was told by The staff that they either didn't have the items for bluntly. That they just weren't making it anymore for that night and That they weren't in charge of free funds, nor were they willing. To swap Out items for others that where either in stock or items they were willing to make. They then refused... stating that they didn't know whom I needed contact in regards to my purchase being refunded. Then went on to informing me that "perhaps you should take the time to read the links on the app. Then you may have more knowledge of what to do in situations like this."I asked if their was a supervisor I could speak to that was working. And to my surprise Apparently this employee was the "manager" she stated that was speaking to customers like this it was entirely rude and more or less laziness it seemed. As It seems like multiple times I've gone through the drive Through, I've been informed that either the computers were down. Or they were waiting on the phone for corporate, so they were unable to take orders. Also, I've been told that. Apparently, one time someone was late for their shift for third shift. And that they were not taking orders until they showed up. And I could either find another place to order from. Or come back at a later, often, just seem as if They'd rather not be bothered...

If there an option to give negative stars I would First mistake ~I chose to go inside to use the restrooms and order from the counter to avoid the long line in drive thru Upon entering the restrooms an employee followed me in and as far I could tell she never entered a stall but instead was on her phone texting I tried to wash my hands but she informed me there wasn't any soap we both exited the restroom The young lady at the counter who took my order was definitely unprepared Simple order ~ combo meal #6 sub the round egg Beverage choice Well she had no idea what substitute the round egg meant after having me repeat the order several times and informing me that it came with an egg already and staring at her screen Her frustration became apparent, rolling her eyes and audible huffing and eventually the blank stare as I'm trying to explain the "round egg" The employee from the bathroom with the unwashed hands gets involved And now I'm ready to just leave I say never mind and turn to leave and employee with unwashed hands starts yelling at me for not wanting to struggle through because they can't figure out how to ring this up which isn't my fault I don't believe I was asking for something so difficult to substitute for it to have went so wrong After reading the previous reviews concerning confrontation with customers this seems standard practice There are plenty of other places to...
