No one was in line to order when I arrived. Was told, “Hold on I’ll be with you in a few.” 3-5 minutes later was finally greeted. Ordered our food and drove around to the window and I see someone climbing in the 2nd window with Santa Pajamas on. Seemed alarming so I made it know when the lady came to the window a few minutes later. She comes back a few minutes later to say, “oh he’s an employee but thank you though.” I pay go to the 2nd window and the guy is waving and laughing saying the doors are locked. We’re now approximately 10 minutes in to the order, I sit for another 8-10 minutes to finally get my food. To my surprise with the first fry I pick up it is cold to the touch and soggy as can be.
I drive back around and sit at the intercom for a minute or 2... finally they say “Our systems are down there is nothing we can do, have a great night” After explaining my frustration I am told to pull around for my frys which took another 5+ minutes. The girl put “freshly made cookies” in the bag and apologized which was nice although even cookies were cold lol.
Get home to eat and by this time I have cold food and hot fries... both our snack wraps were just a cold hard chicken strip with ranch and lettuce thrown down and a tortilla rolled up to where everything is falling out of top and bottom. My mcchicken was supposed to be a special sandwich and they failed to make that correctly.
All and all, food was thrown away and I had to make a special trip to Jack n The Box.
To the staff at this McDonald’s dancing and laughing around for my 25+ minute ordeal. Thank you for wasting my time and wasting my money.

I ordered online and was told 3/4 of the items That I had ordered online was told by The staff that they either didn't have the items for bluntly. That they just weren't making it anymore for that night and That they weren't in charge of free funds, nor were they willing. To swap Out items for others that where either in stock or items they were willing to make. They then refused... stating that they didn't know whom I needed contact in regards to my purchase being refunded. Then went on to informing me that "perhaps you should take the time to read the links on the app. Then you may have more knowledge of what to do in situations like this."I asked if their was a supervisor I could speak to that was working. And to my surprise Apparently this employee was the "manager" she stated that was speaking to customers like this it was entirely rude and more or less laziness it seemed. As It seems like multiple times I've gone through the drive Through, I've been informed that either the computers were down. Or they were waiting on the phone for corporate, so they were unable to take orders. Also, I've been told that. Apparently, one time someone was late for their shift for third shift. And that they were not taking orders until they showed up. And I could either find another place to order from. Or come back at a later, often, just seem as if They'd rather not be bothered...
