Fast Chicken in Melbourne Beach is an absolute treasure! We made our way over from Sarasota, Florida, to escape the hurricane and stumbled upon this fantastic eatery at the corner of Ocean Avenue and Oak Street. What a delightful find!

The smash burgers were beyond amazing—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Each bite was a testament to their culinary expertise, and it's safe to say we couldn't get enough. The fried fish was equally impressive, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired perfectly with their delectable hush puppies. Every dish we tried was a hit, making it difficult to pick a favorite.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, providing a much-needed respite from the stormy weather. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great meal.

Fast Chicken is not just a restaurant; it's an experience. If you're in the area, don't bother going anywhere else—this is the place to be. This place is very good! I see complaints talking about prices being too high and the fact it's in a gas station.....let me put it like this.....resturant or not, this place serves great food! It's very clean and organized. No, they don't have seating, no they don't have a waiter coming up to serve you, but who cares?! You go to a gas station to grab gas, maybe a few snacks and bam, there a spot in the back serving hot fresh food. You grab a meal and take it back to your vehicle. It's simple! And those talking about the price, it's not bad at all especially for the quality your getting. You can have the glitz and glamor of a fancy resturant and still have terrible food. I'd rather spend my money and get great food than spend my money on ambiance. Also, here's a little secret...charm and politeness goes a loooooong way....this is a local own spot so you never know, the owners/servers may hook you up with a few extra pieces to your order! As a matter of fact, this place sounds good for dinner tonight. I will gladly drive all the way from Canaveral Groves just to partake in this...

What a hidden gem! Fast Chicken on the Beach is tucked away inside the Exon station at the corner of Jimmy Buffett Memorial Highway (previously known as A1A) and Ocean Ave in Melbourne Beach. I wonder how many people pull in every day just to get gas or something cold to drink, not knowing what lies inside??!! The reason we drove to a gas station for lunch today (from almost Palm Bay), was not actually for the fast Chicken. But rather for the fried chicken livers and fried chicken gizzards which are cooked to order in 5 minutes with a smile. The food is hot and fresh! And they obviously change the oil regularly because it wasn't dark or greasy. They offer a lot more than just chicken. Pricing is reasonable with 1/2 lb of fried chicken livers only $6.99. We also enjoyed the fried mushrooms! Ask about the fresh scooped ice cream made by the Amish and delivered weekly. (I only gave them 3 stars for atmosphere because let's face, it's a gas station..although the smell is alluring when you walk in the door). Tell 'em I...
