Oceanside Pizza - Melbourne Beach - Florida — Restaurant in Melbourne Beach

So i stopped in with great anticipation as a MLB resident I've been waiting in great anticipation for my former go to "baconator reimagined restaurant" (former Wendy's ) to open ... and what I discovered was the hotel on the beach business must be really really $$$ good ... why do I say this is because the owners have a beachfront hotel just up the street...!! And This place is absolutely beautiful inside., stunning actually.... to be clear ... "Four Seasons Resort " beautiful.... 😊. The place was very lively and still happy hour time, whilst no happy hour drink specials, the beer prices were quite reasonable.... but as a "baconator" guy the closest thing they had on the menu for me was a $24 dollar smash burger... and I know the $12 gas station smashburger up the street does not have the same ambience, which I can appreciate.. but 24 is 2 much 4 me ... 16-18 ok. But 24 is 2 much ..... and believe me to a lot of folks w is the right price ... but it only goes up from there ... I guess in my mind I was expecting a more chill beach like vibe typical of Mel beach or Indiatlantic... more upscale of course .... But this was like Four Seasons White Lotus vibe ... too much $$$ for me .., but I'm sure they will do great with the 1 percent'ers .... Which there are plenty of ...!!! It really is top of the line all...

I Walked Into Oceanside Pizza the Location Next to Publix and It Was All Downhill From the Moment I Walked in. The Blonde Cashier Along With the Her Friend, Who Has Trouble Deciding on a Hair Color, Just Stared at Me Like an Alien, Instead of Asking if They Could Take My Order? Sure, Not a Big Deal....then I Ordered a Pepperoni Pie, Paid, and Waited and Waited in Front of Them (for Over an Hour) Until I Asked When Will My One Pie Be Done. She Then Gave Me an Incorrect Oder. I Told Her This is Not Correct, and She Then Asked if I Paid. I Said, of Course I Did, I Gave My Money to You. After Waiting Over an Hour Now They Offered to Make Me What I Paid for, a Pepperoni Pie. But Instead, I Watched Her Slap Some Pepperonis on the Already Incorrect Cheese Pizza and Hand It Over to Me. Anyone With a Brain Will Know the Pizza Will Become Burnt. Sure Enough, That is What Happened. I Tried a Slice Because I Was Starving and With an Infant and the Whole Bottom Was Completely Burnt and Black. I Went Back and She Said Oh Well, What Do You Want? I Then Called the Other Location to Ask for an Owner, Left My Name and Number and to This Day, No One Has Called Me Back. I Called Twice. I Will Continue to Write My Experience Online at Every...

I just had the worst experience at Oceanside pizza Melbourne Beach. I've been a loyal customer for years. I will no longer be a customer as long as Lisa is the manager. She has no people skills at ALL. I called them and ordered 2 strombolis I was told within and hour they now use door dash for delivery? 1 and 1/2 hours later no stromboli . No phone call saying no one has come for your delivery. ( If they had said that I would have come and picked up hot food ) I called she checked it was picked up by someone , 5 minutes ago , she said. Then she said oh the driver is back he left it outside. I had been waiting for it NO knock or anything. I found it behind my door cold with ants on it. I was upset he left it outside without knocking. It was cold and had ants on it . I went to return it for my money back. She then told me he had instructions NOT to knock. I never gave any one such instructions. She continues to be rude to me . Sarcastic and telling me to have a Nice day . She could have defused the situation instead she escalated it. I have had other issues there people make mistakes. I have forgiven and moved on, But her rudeness and sarcasm lost my...
