Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Melbourne

Just went through the drive through. The line was long, no problem as we didn’t mind because it’s worth it. A boy walked down the line and took our order. He was great! However, when we got to the window, the girl couldn’t have been more unpleasant and rude! She stated how much we owed in a hateful monotone voice and we gave her a $20…. She handed back the change without a single word…. She just glared at us with this ridiculous scowl on her face like she was mad at the world. She never said here’s your change, would you like your receipt, thank you, have a good night…..nothing! The look on her face was … I hope you choke on your food. At least put the kids with a good attitude and pleasant personality at the register and the window please!!! Someone who obviously doesn’t want to be there is not a good representation for your business.

Came here with my wife kids and my in-laws The ice cream that they have is very reasonably priced and they have a lot of different varieties of ice cream. The place is really kid friendly the staff is really patient because my kids were having a hard time deciding on what it is that they wanted since It was our first time being there. They did a really good job explaining everything on the menu the Italian ice is reasonably priced the inside isn't necessarily the biggest place but it's definitely got to chill vibe. I love the music that they play a lot of '80s and '90s jams which made the experience a whole lot better. All in all we definitely enjoyed our time being here they also have a drive-thru which makes it really convenient if you want to get ice cream on the go you don't have to get out of the car this place is definitely worth the visit considering it's brand new...

They offer a large variety of Italian Ice and Gelato. The flavors change almost daily. One of the very cool things about this location is that there is a drive up window.

The drive up window is often slow. But then it's because you do not order until you get there. Naturally, ice cream has to be scooped or whatever other items that people order need to be taken care of.

I'm a big fan of Italian Ice, and I do like the unusual flavors. My favorite here is probably the Black Cherry, but they do not have it often enough as far as i'm concerned.

The Black Raspberry is also fairly awesome

The prices are not cheap, but remember everything is made on premises. This is not mass-produced Italian ice that you buy it...
