Panera Bread — Restaurant in Melbourne

The food is not the issue it's the lack of accountability that this location continues to display when an order is not correct. I understand that we are all humans and mistakes will be made but at some point somethings need to be said or at least be acknowledged.

Maybe it's the drive-thru service but for the 3rd time I was shorted my order. I returned to restaurant to attain what I had paid for and after explaining the issue to an employee, they stated that a manager would need to take a look at this and out walked the manger and 3 other employees. The manager looked at my receipt and nodded saying that she'll allow it. By the way, not once did anyone apologize for what had happened throughout this whole ordeal, or understood what my situation was and how I had to drive back from my home to be "allowed" to receive something that I paid for. It was only bowl of mac and cheese, but it was the 3rd time this has happened which if I had let it go again, would be about $23.97 before taxes.

On the receipt it says in bold "ACCURACY MATTERS, Your order should be correct every time. If it's not, we'll fix it right away, and give you a free treat for your trouble. Just let any associate know."

They should add an asterisk in small print saying... "Does not apply for orders made from the...

Great place for a good meal This restaurant is located in the shopping center on the corner of South Patrick Drive and Eau Gallie blvd. There is plenty of parking since it shares the lot with numerous businesses. This location has a drive through and dine-in options. You order at the counter and then pick up the food at the end of the counter when it is ready. The staff was very pleasant although it was a little hard to understand with the covid glass shield and employee mask. I have been to this location many times both in the drive-through and the dine-in parts and have always enjoyed the food. The food was prepared quickly and is offered for pick up on real plates with silverware. Once again the staff was very pleasant at the pickup counter. There are several places to eat both inside and outside the building. The inside of the restaurant is very nicely appointed. There were tables left uncleaned for the entire time I was there and the prices are a little high but overall, with the quality of food and the pleasant staff, it is well worth the visit. I would recommend this to my fellow travelers...

Usually always good even that the lines always long... but today's visit was just bad... Cahiers engage to long with Customers, making the line outrageous...not everyone is retired some have 45 min. to lunch or less... While waiting on my Food go to the Restroom...Ohh. no Hand Paper in any of them... Got my food... go to a Table...Wow - greasy not clean ! have to let my food go grab napkins and water to wipe it my self... Getting ready to eat my pasta... Well, was cold on the inside...talked to the Male Manager about it... he sent me to a Microwave by the Coffee area...guess what? there was none! talk to the Female Manager, she said I'll re order for you...so I got back to the table waited and waited...go back to the Manager she had already forgot my pasta that was sited on their counter...Besides that was cold outside inside the AC was even colder...Really? Seriously this two young Managers have no attention to detail at all or any follow up curtesy on Customer Service.

I always review when service is good or excellent as well.
