Subway — Restaurant in Melbourne

I have been going to this Subway location for over a year. For some reason, today was a complete disaster. I ordered a 6 in meatball and a 6 in ham and cheese. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was only one sandwich. I let the girl at the counter know that there should be 2 subs. Her reply was, "I know, but we don't have any meatballs." With the attitude that I was inconveniencing her. In replace, she made the most pathetic version of an Italian sub I've ever seen. No cheese, there was only pepperoni (didn't know that was on an Italian) 2 hand squeezed tomato slices, a quarter cup of mayo on extremely stale bread that was crumbling to the touch. i went in to the store with my friends while we’re waiting on his car to get fixed and we go into the subway and get drinks i asked for a water cup and she handed me one and i got a drink from the fountain, i took a couple sips and then she said i had to pay for it so i went up and paid for it, she had the grossest attitude she was glaring at me and so i glared back and she got upset that i did that and threatened to call the cops on me for “stealing” mind you that i had already paid for it and so i told her that i already payed for it and that there is no need to be rude that she could’ve just told me in a different tone, then it escalated from that. my words were out of pure frustration, and if she had approached me in a better tone i would have gladly...

I work at publix who has subs but nothing can compare to a sub from subway! I came in at 10:34 after work and even tho i was one of those annoying late arrivals (they close at 11:00) the employee was still super nice and accommodating. Since i hadn't been there in a while i asked the employee what his favorite sub was and he quickly said chicken bacon ranch, having a really good knowledge of the menu he perfectly told me everything that was on the subs. I ended up ordering his favorite (chicken bacon ranch) and left. The sub was excellent the bread was fresh the bacon was crispy and warm and the toppings were freah and ripe.
