Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Melbourne

Going to the Melebourne campus was a huge change and a different vibe from any other campus related to EFSC. I am a student, and I usually take my classes at Cocoa, but all I hear from people who went to Melebourne is Chick-fil-A. I decided to get a simple chicken biscuit, but I felt the atmosphere at the school was not my cup of tea🍵. I got my sandwich, and at first, the wrapping was great, and I was ready to dig in, but when it opened, it looked so sad and needed to get help. As from when flipped front and back, I tried giving it CPR⛑️, but it was too late🪦. The biscuit was hot, but also hard. It wasn't something I really expected from a company that has good chicken and service. I'm assuming that this place got the short end of the stick. I wouldn't recommend here to be honest. There are other restaurants around right beside each other that are better than this...

Horrible customer service. Lack of communication. Each time I have to do business deliveries with this place for my clients it is a disaster. I’m told by the employees to park and someone will be with me shortly with the food. I waited 30 minutes. When I approach them about the problem they act confused. They also have a number that Uber eats or door dash drivers can call to tell them we are waiting on the food but NO ONE in chick-fil-a answers ever and majority of the time just goes to voice mail. What is the point????

I will NEVER do business again with chick-fil-a , not only is it time consuming on my end and I lose money but my clients are dissatisfied as well .

Not overly impressed. But I am not aware of a fast food establishment that would get much repeat business from me. Why must they put pickles on everything? Being my first visit I didn't know they put pickles on a chicken sandwich. The drive thru was very slow. The girl at the window had an attitude. I didn't know I was not suppose to talk to her. Asking how are you got my head bit off. Thanks but...
