This Starbucks the absolute worst location i’ve ever been to and will never return. The staff are rude and so disrespectful. I understand when times get busy and you have rush, but when there are no cars in the line you’d think they wouldn’t mind fixing something for you. I order a strawberry açaí lemonade practically every single day. i know what it looks like when it’s made wrong and made right. Instead of it being made with lemonade, it was made with water. you could visibly tell. i never ever complain, but when i do i’m very nice and understanding. i asked LEVI to remake my drink because it was made wrong. he said “it’s not made wrong there’s lemonade in it” and i said “i don’t think there is? i get this drink everyday it just doesn’t look right. would you mind remaking it for me?” and he said “try it. does it take like lemonade?” I took a sip and i said “um not really but i guess” (i was so fed up arguing about an easy fix). he said “we’ll there you go problem solved there’s lemonade.”
the point in all this, if a customer says something is wrong just fix it. i used to work in a restaurant so i completely understand what you guys go through. i know that customers can be absolutely ridiculous and horrible. but at the end of the day a customer is giving you their money for your products. so if they say it’s wrong , it’s wrong. i will never go back to this location again. i will drive the extra 2 miles to go to another one because of how poorly the customer service here is. this is was my first time having an issue with levi, there’s another employee that works the afternoon shifts mostly see her on saturday afternoons. i don’t know her name but she’s also very rude. i’ve had countless issues with this lady. any time i pay with my apple pay she practically throws the machine on the window or puts it so close to her i have to literally get out of my vehicle to pay for my stuff. Read moreLet me just say, I love this location. It's the closest to my house, they have a nice set up and seating. There are outlets at nearly every table to charge your laptop. I spend about 20 hours a week here working virtually. Most of the staff are really nice, definitely some rude ones but that's anywhere you go. A couple of the staff know me by name and when I spend most of the day here one of the girls always brings me iced water without even asking for it. It goes to show how thoughtful some of the staff is here. It makes spending almost $50 a week on coffee feel like a privilege 😅 The ONLY reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the lobby. It is ALWAYS dirty. Every day, no matter the time of day. They open around 6 and I usually arrive at about 8:30-9 and it always looks as if it's 8 pm. The floors desperately need to be swept, there's already little sticky spots on the floor from drops of coffee or whatever. Every table needs to be wiped down and the base of the tables are completely gross. Plus, the trash is constantly overflowing. Especially the one by the doors to the patio. There's no doubt that the staff are super busy. There are always orders coming in and going out all day. BUT more attention needs to be paid to the lobby. Sweeping and mopping should be a closing chore every single night. The lobby should be checked at least once every hour (more during high traffic hours) including wiping tables and changing the trash. The good thing is that the women's bathroom is always super clean and soap, paper towels and toilet paper are always full. If they're not, I tell the staff and they take care of it right away. Read moreI've come in here multiple times, on one occasion I asked for a breakfast sandwich which was handed to me ice cold, I returned the sandwich that day ask for my money back and left, just yesterday I asked for vanilla iced coffee cream and sugar sweet with whipped cream, the first coffee that play young lady gave me was completely bland with no sugar, I politely asked for them to sweeten the coffee they attempted to fix the coffee by mixing in more sugar and disrupting the whip cream on top where I asked for my coffee to be remade entirely. After they made my coffee a second time again the coffee was unsweetened, I asked for my money back I walked out the establishment a second time, I gave him another chance this morning by ordering the same coffee, but not before explaining to them what happened the day prior were they messed up my coffee two times in a row, after they handed me the coffee again the coffee was unsweetened and didn't have any vanilla has the coffee was a vanilla iced coffee add whipped cream on top sweetened, I politely ask for my money back and I decided to walk out for the last time I will never return to the Starbucks because they clearly do not follow orders or do not care to do things the way the customers ask them to do it's simply not convenient for me.
