I guess it is out of convenience that I have frequented this place so many times over the years as I do work in the area. I feel like an abused partner that just keeps going back to an abusive relationship. It is, in fact, always an extraordinary adventure when I order food here. Maybe that is why I keep torturing myself, simply just to see what will happen next. I guess that I am a glutton for punishment because the experience gets amazingly worse every time. It's astonishing really. We would be here for days if I lamented all the strange and bizarre oddities that have happened in my five+ years of unrecognized loyalty. When we get down to brass tacks, this establishment is just unfortunate all around. The poor employees must get paid in the leftovers of the day because they have zero motivation and a none existent regard for the customer experience. Management, well, I can safely say that I am not positive there even is a management team because I cannot fathom any person of authority allowing this level of dreadfulness to continue for this long. The atrocious part of it all, and the miracle really, is they seemingly do not care care about improving whatsoever. I want to say hats off to them for being able to underachieve for years on end and still be able to keep the lights on, brilliant! I do so wish I could do less than the bare minimum at my job and still be employed, incredible. Well, that is all of my energy you will get out of this review today. You have already successfully wasted too much of my short time on this floating marble over the years so I say good day to you indeed.

Horrible service those girls had the Personally of a dirty sock. One the teens was standing facing the door chillen Leaning (butt all over) the table behind her on her phone when we walked inside. Place my order. Lady puts order on counter but you cant even hear what she is saying. We tried asking her 3 times is this ours? Just got straight ignored while she made food that happen to be messed up aswell after me. (Oh the irony) Both my sandwiched and wrap were wrong. Told her ranch on the side not on it. It was swimming in ranch. The wrapp idk if was rice or cheese but it wasnt right (hard as a rock)ask for a remake on both. She didnt seem very happy about it. If you make it right the first time you wouldnt have to again. Thats how I see it. She didnt put ranch on it this time but I feel like they ran out of bacon... got 2 tiny small quarter strpis of bacon ice cold. I know its precooked but comeon now. So now we come to my smoothie.. chunky ice with a hint of strawberry... I was blown away 😳 no taste what so ever should have O.j banana and strawberry in it. Oh if that girl wasnt pissed then she was now!! Not even 2 mins later the mom and daughter that was in line behind us come back in with her smoothie. I had over heard her order earlier and she had asked for add mango and extra ice but to be blended very well bc last time she had ice chunks. And thats not a smoothie. We just move from psj and never had an issue with the one up there. We prob wont be ordering from here anytime soon. I come for the same thing detox island green. I've had the jerk chicken wrap and kale apple slaw which are both good. I don't care for the sweet potatoes cause some weren't fully cooked through. But overall I'm just generally getting a detox island green which is my favorite. Sometimes the Service is excellent and sometimes it's not depending whose working. Once I went in and only two people were there and they were slow I get it they were getting swamped with pick-up orders but what I didn't like was hearing them cursing and being openly annoyed with having to prepare stuff which was annoying to hear them gripe about loud enough around me. Very unprofessional to do in front of customers. Then I've had great experiences with other staff it all depends on who is working honestly. Once me and hub came in on a weekend and the music was being blasted so loud i thought I was at a club. I get some people want to listen to music while working but it's another thing to have the music so loud it annoys customers. Yes, I'm not exaggerating it was crazy loud. But other than that I will continue to come here for my detox...
