Checkers — Restaurant in Memphis

Worst experience ever at any checkers/rally's. Sat in line for almost 30min, which once you're in you're stuck there without a way of getting out, and finally made it to the window. All I ordered was 2 philly cheesesteaks with no ONIONS, which I only specified for sure 3 possibly 4 times, and a vanilla cone. That was all. I took them 16 minutes after I paid for me to get my food. Then low and behold, it has onions. To top it off the sandwiches weren't all that fresh like the meat was just cooked. Not saying they were old, but I'm unsure as to why I sat there all that time because they weren't just cooked. But there's no way I was going to take it back because 1st off I dont want my food tempered with, and 2nd I didnt have another half hour to spare. I understand that it was 11:13 to be exact when I got there. But with 3 cars in line ahead of me I didnt pull out of there until 11:49. Sad to say because I really like checkers, but I'll donate my money to charity before I donate it to them for food that just...

the ONLY reason they get one stars is for the cashier short and skinny lady with a blue jacket dude on the fries had no gloves but touching food, they yelling and debating over a food order prior to mine with the window open, and not to mention the big woman who came from the back yelling at the cashier who says ABOUT ME with the window open JUST BECAUSE THAT MAN GOT LONG HAIR DONT MEAN HE A GIRL disrespectful I'll be calling corporate Monday sad thing is because its so hard to find quality workers nun will change

UPDATE 10/25/2021 I followed the instructions to submit a complaint and called and did a verbal complaint I was told twice someone would call me and I have yet to receive a call for this discrimination and...

I hope the owner or manager at this checkers sees this. I'm sorry, but it was not a good experience....waited in the drive through line for close to 25 minutes only to find they had already shut down the ice cream machine an hour early. I just wanted the strawberry cheesecake stacker. When I got to the speaker they were instructing cars to pull forward to the window so you couldn't look at the menu and order. Then when I got to the window to order, it remained shut for another 5 minutes while I saw the employees goof off and talk to each other and ignore me. Lastly, to top it off the girl was not friendly at all. I ended up driving away with two apple pies feeling like I wasted a...
