Burgers are at there best off the grill like I get it .plus I wish the employees of this Danvers would be forced to put there cell phone out of there way when on compay time.thanks

I love Danvers and I grew up in The Seventys but now when you order a cheese burger special cooked and off the grill and you requested cooked medium it never fails all ways well done to the point of being extra well done danvers burgers have always been in the past Cooked special off the grill if you requested that now you request a burger off the grill cooked medium it comes well done and not juicy I was very disappointed once again very dry meat

I came to the restaurant to get my dinner I was very disappointed in my food product I ordered I ordered two double cheese burgers and I requested for them to cooked fresh off the grill and cooked medium so they would be good and juicy so I received my double cheese burgers well done and very dry I have always been able to order my food off the grill the cook clerk had no intentions Of fixing my two burgers that I asked and requested off the grill Danvers has always been better than then that plus the cook is trying to work the grill and talk on the his cell phone at the same why I was their this evening and the front counter clerks staff are standing around cutting up and very loud and at times acting very unprofessional and and every so often letting inappropriate languages come out of their mouth and was quite at first in the dinning room then front counter clerks staff started getting loud and acting very unprofessional and and acting right in a...

Long Post:

So today I went outside of my normal breakfast spot and stopped at Danver’s off of Germantown parkway. I ordered an omelette with just about everything, potatoes, and wheat bread. I get to work open my food and start eating when I see a long strain of brown hair. I immediately stop and show my coworker. I know things happen but I just couldn’t shake that I was possibly eating hair. So I called up to Danvers where I spoke with Tonisha “The manager on duty”. Tonisha advised me I could just come back and either get lunch because breakfast would be over. I stated I’ll be there to just get a refund— something I NEVER do. She politely apologized and said she would see me later.

Now I get back to the location. I advised the guy at the window “The Owner” that there was a hair in my omelet and he immediately cut me off and told me that we don’t do refunds through drive through. I told him the hair wasn’t the texture of my hair or the length and he repeated the same thing. He never apologized and he kept cutting me off. I tried to tell him that the hair was literally cooked into the omelet and wasn’t something that I could just stick in there. He stated there’s no one in the kitchen with hair. I told him that I talked to a manager over the phone that said I could bring it back and he said well she just didn’t want to tell you the truth and I’m the OWNER.

Go elsewhere. The owner is rude and I wouldn’t spend a dime there and...

After 4.5 years in Memphis I have never been here til the other day. The hot smoked Turkey sandwich is da bomb! I only added a little bit of mayo and it was perfect. So so good!

Went back yesterday and tried the salad bar. I love that I can order grilled chicken for $1! The amount of chicken was well worth the price and a nice addition to my salad. The ingredients were fresh and tasty, and I would happily enjoy another salad bar again.

Staff are pleasant and helpful, and my mom enjoyed receiving her soup piping hot the first time - she didn't have to send it back to be reheated: a huge plus!

One drawback was in the salad bar. The counter is pretty tall, and the food pans are a good distance away from the edge, making reaching back pans difficult (I'm not short). Also, the protective sneeze glass is positioned in such a way that in order to reach the back pans, one must bend underneath the glass barrier - which renders it useless. Long hair could end up dipping into front pans, food can be dropped. It's just not the most user friendly. It's not the end of the world, but still a drawback.

Even still, I'll...

This was our first time here and it was a great surprise. We didn't know what to expect, but the food is good, the staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean. There is a large salad bar in the middle of the room that looked very tasty. I will definitely be back for that another day. I ordered the 3 egg omelet with all the fixings, which cost extra, but not much and well worth it. It came with a biscuit, and I don't eat bread much anymore, but this was worth it. It was so buttery and flakey. It also came with grits which my BF said were good. BF got the 2 biscuits with gravy and a side of bacon and said it was very good. We were both very happy with our meals and will be back for lunch and/or dinner. I highly recommend this place.

We love Danvers. It is a must when we are in Cordova. They serve roast beef sandwiches, hamburgers, breakfast, fish, steak and a GREAT salad bar. Their baked potatoes are so good. We both hate a partially raw baked potato. Only once in all the years we have been coming here have we gotten an under cooked potato. Wife likes their burgers. I like the roast beef. But we both love the salad bar. They also have daily specials. Little pricey for lunch. But okay for the occasional lunch.
