My most recent experience here was very disappointing. I order from this store quite frequently, to the point that some of their drivers know my order when it comes up. Well I went to order a pizza and some other things from the store at about 11:35 and within a minute I get a call telling me that they aren't doing anymore orders with 25 minutes left til they stopped taking orders. I work nights and my orders are always at this time of night and I've never had this issue. When I tried to ask the employee who called me why they said they had been busy all night, but not too busy to call me as soon as my order went through. I've ordered at 11:51 before and got it, I live less than 1 mile from the store, I even offered to tip extra to whoever delivered and cooked it for doing it for me and the woman who called me said no, didn't even ask anyone, and I've had other employees tell me when I order last minute they don't mind because I take care of them, I'm a bartender so I always tip well. Read moreI ordered my dinner over 1.5 hours ago and it's been sitting in Checking Quality status for well over an hour. I called the store, and she said that my order was sitting there with over 18 other orders waiting to be delivered. I asked her if my dinner was going to be cold when, or if, I finally received and she said "Most likely." I said well I guess I don't have a choice then. By the time I turned around and checked my computer, the order had been cancelled. So, it looks like I've wasted nearly 2 hours towards getting some food delivered. Complete waste of time, and a waste of money. If it's illegal to order food and not pick it up, it should be illegal to charge someone for food that you never delivered. Read moreEdit, post owner-response: Please read if you're a potential customer. If you check the owner response to my review, it may seem as though the owner tried to fix the issue. I want to be very clear that their response was strictly automated. They did not reply to my email in the way they described they would, and they did not sincerely try to address the problem.
Look at the ratings, and other reviews. There's about a 40% chance you won't "like" nor "love" it. Too risky for myself in the future.
