I should have read the reviews before going here. I ordered 4 subs. Got home all 4 subs did not have the correct toppings. I double checked the receipt and everything was on the receipt clear as day. Called and spoke to a supposed to be "manager" Chris who looked the order up and said they go by what is placed which is clearly a lie because my chicken philly had no lettuce, the 2 classic sandwiches had no onions and no lettuce when the order clearly said extra onions and lite lettuce, the Turkey sub had no japanelos or tomatoes and was supposed to have both. How do you mess up every single sub!!!!??? Not 1 but all 4. The manager solution was for me to waste my gas and come back so they can make it correctly. No thank you.
If I have to waste gas and come back just refund my money. He said he had to get approval from the General Manager "Kush" for a refund. He called me back to tell me "Kush" approved the refund if I bring the subs back! Never again. I highly recommend you do NOT go to this lenny's location. But if you do, don't leave the register before you check your order.

I ordered the philly steak sandwich the Lenny's w/cucumber on the side and HOLD THE TOMATOES. Since I'm highly allergic to tomatoes I'm almost certain I said it 2-3 times. My order was to go so as soon as I noticed my sandwich was filled with tomatoes I called the store to let them know I would be returning it. After being put on hold several times the person who prepared the food picked up the phone and said it wasn't his fault "they" entered it wrong. As I tried to explain to him that it didn't matter who's mistake it was it was a problem that needs to be fix. He began to be very rude, unprofessional and down right disrespectful. I returned to the store to return the sandwich and pick up my correct order I was met at the front counter by the young man. He very rudely said I have the right to refuse service. I'm not going to remake nothing. So after going back and forth with him I said refund my order I don't have to deal with this! Read moreThis Lenny’s I absolutely HORRIBLE I drive past this Lenny’s to go to two other Lenny’s restaurants there is never a manager and kids are running the place. I asked for my money back due to poor service she said she had to call some one to give me my money back when she did the person told her that they will do it tomorrow like hell I paid today and want it today. I’m also going to report them to the city because the guy fixing cold subs did not wash his hands before he began to make sandwiches. He did put on gloves but however did not wash his hands after he was on the customer side sitting down then he had his heavy coat on the entire time. Another flaw with the restaurant is the Overall appearance. I think this is a franchise restaurant but I will be reporting my experience to a much higher pay scale.
