Lennys Grill & Subs — Restaurant in Memphis

I can say the atmosphere here is nice and mellow, even though it being disclosed to railroad tracks. Which makes an ideal spot together after going to the movies. I came in with three minutes left before closing. They had already broke everything down in the lobby area, so I just want to come in and get a nice combo and be on my way after a long day at work to the house. I did bring it to the attention of the gentleman that I barely made it in with three minutes left. I wanted to get him high turkey, but he said they can only do hot sandwiches and I was really set on that so of course got the Philly combo and the chicken Philly And within 10 minutes, I was already back out the door. It was great customer service on his part to let me know that that’s all they had available even though I only had three minutes. You go here or any other restaurant is always to be mindful of those who work in the fast food industry because they’re trying to provide a service and, even though you had a long day still be patient. They’ve had a long day too. They are looking forward to going home just like you are. Overall great place. They even had two TVs with Roku and the Bernie Mac show on so entertainment is definitely there and of course there are three lemonades, classic lemonade, watermelon, lemonade, and strawberry lemonade. Balanced them just right at 3/4 cups of strawberry and 1/4 lemonade. It gives you that perfect sweet spot but if you’re really wanting to have it linger and be savory after you’ve taken it 1st to 34 sips in waterit up make sure that ice is good and cold a little bit of ice and it will so you get the savory and a slight bit of sour thank your taste buds...

"I work down the street from this Lennys location and all of my co-works and myself use them quite often! So on today I decided I wanted a beef and cheddar sandwich and I went there and placed my exact order! I get to work while on my lunch break and the sandwich was not prepared like i wanted it. Toppings where left off. Nothing makes me madder than my food being wrong and I'm on my lunch break! I called to speak with the mgr, in which i spw Amanda the mgr! She was very nice about the situation and offered to remake my sandwich and bring it to me, since I was pressed for time! Not only did she bring me the sandwich prepared properly it was awesome! I really Appreciate Excellent customer service that Amanda showed me! She went out of her way to make sure I was a happy and pleased customer, and I really Appreciate and commend her for that! So whoever is reading this or RESPONSIBLE for recognizing the Excellent employees of Lennys, make sure yall give a shout out and Kudos to The Mrg Amanda at the 700 Mount Moriah Suite 3 Memphis TN 38117 location!! NOT THE EXPERIENCE I EXPECT FROM LENNY'S. My family and I stopped to get lunch on the way home after a Dr appointment. I went inside to order and was not welcomed by any staff. Once at the counter to order the lady's fist words were "What do you want?" I then begin to give mine and my wife's order. During the remainder of my order her attitude worsens to the point I almost walked out. After ordering the bare minimum I came in for and not the full order I intended. I completed my transaction and the lady went to a table in the back of the restaurant and begin playing on her phone with the volume up where the entire store could hear it. My recpit says her name is Bailey. Once my order was complete I collected it from the gentleman who was behind the counter, he was very quiet but polite, and left the restaurant. The order we received was only partially correct and the sandwiches were pressed practically flat. I would love to say I'd give this location another chance one day but if I were to do so and the same lady was behind the counter I would tour...
