The reviews are right. Please choose another location if possible. I ordered online at 4:30 PM and set it to be ready at a later time 6:30 pm. I also request curbside pickup. So I arrived at 6:30 pm and called the number for curbside... no answer. Called five more times no answer and kept getting forwarded to the call center (who only told me to keep trying)
I finally got out of the car and walked up to the door where 3 people where waiting outside. 2 of which had curbside as well. One girl who I ended up knowing had not ordered yet and was waiting for the lobby to clear out. Still trying to call while standing in line outside in the cold someone finally picked up and put me on hold for 10 minutes. . Finally someone came to the phone only to tell me my order was in the over and would be another 10 minutes. 😳 At this point it’s almost 7 o’clock. So that’s 2.5 hours and my order still want not ready. I had the girl verify the order with me to make sure she had the right order. After waiting another 20 minutes for r them to bring out my food I called back. After 6 or 7 more attempts someone finally picks up and put me on hold for another 5 minutes. This time the same girl told me that they “LOST” my order. What!!?? How is that even possible?? And on top of that the friend who ordered when I got there was now being given her order and is leaving. And I’m being told another 10-20 minutes is needed. I immediately requested a manager. And this is where things hit the fan. I am not usually “that person” but I had time today after speaking with the manager Jake. Saying he was RUDE is a generous understatement. I tried to explain the situation but he wouldn’t let me talk. He explained that the girl answering the phone didn’t know what she was doing. And they fact that I put my order in 3 hours ago didn’t mean anything and that my having him on the phone was wasting time because he couldn’t make my order and talk to me. I again tried to explain to him that others who ordered when i got there have collected their food and left. He then said and I quote “I got orders in front of you and I don’t have time for this. I’m talking to you so I can’t make your order and talk to you at the same time”. I’m thinking I ordered 3 hours ago why are you just more attempting to make my order. And when I asked for my money back he hung up. I called back to ask for his manager. He told me her name was Debera and she would be in Friday. I will be calling back to speak with Debra. Read moreI don’t even know where to start.... guess I will go in the order the bad stuff happened. First, whoever answers the calls sounded like she was smoking crack and didn’t understand Pizza Hut menu. Secondly the pizza was way late. Thirdly the delivery driver didn’t know how to count change. Then I look at my pizzas and instantly realize they didn’t add my jalapeño peppers, that they charge extra for, nor did they leave off the ham and the red onion was in humongous thick chucks. Last but most important, the pizzas had a sour taste. Like seriously SOUR!! I started picking it apart and tasting things separately. I decided it was the pork sausage. Then I tasted the pizza sauce alone and OMG IT WAS MORE SOUR THAN SAUERKRAUT!!!!! I don’t know what has happened to this location. In my personal opinion they used to be one of the best. I hope for the safety of other’s health they start keeping food at the right temperature and throwing away the products that have been left sitting out. I pray to God we do not get sick from these pizzas we got tonight! I haven’t ordered from this location in a long time because I moved to the other side of town. So I don’t know if they just had a bad night or if this is something regular with them but I do know I will not be ordering from this location anymore and I would advise others to go somewhere else as well. Read moreIf I could give this location 0 stars for the absolute WORST customer service, I would. After providing this location PAYMENT for my carry out order of a large pizza and cinnamon rolls, a very POORLY secured box of cinnamon rolls was placed on the front seat and flipped over before I even entered into my vehicle myself and left the parking lot. After walking back in providing an explanation as to what happened in LITERALLY UNDER 2 minutes of walking out, I was informed that they would not replace what I paid for because it didn’t occur inside the establishment. So I paid for food that I did not get a chance to eat and absolutely NOTHING could be done about it! After calling the customer service line, I was informed that due to a store to store policy, they had the right to refuse to prepare another order and all they could do is call me in 1-3 business days to refund me for the inedible dessert. I have not purchased from Pizza Hut in over 5 years and I am reminded of my “WHY”. I will NOT be returning and I will place this complaint on every possible outlet to inform others of my piss poor experience with Pizza Hut as a whole.
