Gave this restaurant a try since everyone says it was good, but had the worst experience EVER. I came in ready, and the cashier swiped my card after I finished placing my order. She says the card processor didn't recognize my card's chip. She ran my card 4 times on this processor for 17.80, then ran it for a 5th time on another card processor for 17.90. I had no idea that she was even having an issue with my card, let alone that my card had been swiped so many times. I leave and my bank account had been charged for almost $100 total!!!! I return to see what's going on, and she says my card wasn't working. (which couldn't be true because all of the charges hit and once she changed terminals, the charge was immediately recognized on her end). Cashier tells me my money will be back on my card in an hour or so, if not by the end of the night when the card settlement is complete. MY MONEY IS STILL MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT 2 DAYS LATER. I returned yesterday, and the cashier literally made me wait for 20 minutes before she even called card services. She swears their card processor system says the transaction only went through once, but if that is the case, why did I have not only 5 charges but 2 different amounts you charged me? They offered no refund for my troubles, no coupon, not even an apology. I tried to be understanding, but they were just plain rude about the entire situation!!!!! No receipt received so I was likely overcharged. Arrived home only to find that there was no extra egg, in fact there was no egg in my order just chunky veggies. I called back to the restaurant to inquire how much extra was charged for the extra egg...she said let me look but I didn't receive an answer before she started speaking whatever language to the cook; they were loudly speaking back and forth as if who am I to question what I paid for. This rude woman comes back on phone to tells me that extra egg was added. I explained there is no egg found; no evidence of one egg. Now I order from TG-Kirby often and know when extra egg is added bc you will see it. This woman tells me it is small pieces. What! Don't you just love when people insult your intelligence? Before I can finish my statement, this unkind person hangs up the phone on me. For the sake of not being banned. I did so and instantly two workers laughed and said they’re hair isn’t that “thin” nor was anyone’s hair “cut” like that. I explained that it definitely wasn’t mine due to finding it in the middle of my food and that I’m a black girl with an entire different hair texture than the hair found. I asked for a refund for that part my order and the only option they gave me was to get it remade with the worst attitude ever. They kept stating rudely that it’s not their hair and I was never given a refund and I definitely didn’t eat the “fresh” order that was given to me within seconds.
